Providing and fixing premium quality Vitrified tiles (Double Charged) of size 600X600X10mm in floors and skirting with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make SOMANI / KAJARIA, in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement pigment of MYK Laticrete /Saint gobian or its equivalent material to maintain the level including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., and all materials complete all as directed. (Rate includes removing the existing door shutters, re-size and re-fixing the shutter with existing hardware)

Construction of wall with FALGY Bricks with clay fly ash F.P.S. (non modular) brick of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor five level in cement mortar (1:4) including all materials & men etc., complete.(Rate includes removal of Door frame, shutter and handed over to CE Dept.,)

Providing 12mm thick CM(1:4) plastering to brick work surfaces, RR wall and other patch works etc., including labour, scaffolding and material etc., complete all as directed.

Providing 12mm thick CM(1:4) plastering to RR wall by applyig Nitto Bond SBR of fosroc make in cement mortar as per specifications after Chipping and removal of damaged plastering and same as dispose to a lead of 50M, including labour, scaffolding and material etc., complete all as directed. (Nitto bond SBR chemical measured seperately)

Providing and fixing of false ceiling with 6 mm thick cement bonded particle board of Bison / V-board or equivalent make boards in 600 x 600 mm grid using aluminium powder coated T-section of size 30x35x1.20 mm suspended with 8 swg wire at 1200 mm spacing including applying one coat primer, putty and two coats of Emulsion Paint complete all as directed.

Applying two coats of putty of approved brands Birla / JK to Internal walls surfaces including applying suitable primer on old wall surface after thourough scrapping and preparation. Putty shall be finished till a smooth and even surface is achieved

Apply two coats of premium quality arcylic Interior emulsion paint over a one coat of primer, reqired shade to wall surfaces from approved brands like Asian paints (Royal shine), Berger (silky luxury) including scrapping the existing wall surface with Mechanically (Buffing machine) where ever spiecifed by Engineer including necessary scaffolding etc., complete

Providing two(2) coats of synthetic enamel paint for doors and windows etc., (after removing the rust by using wire brush or sand paper if required) of approved brand (Asian / Berger / Nerolac) and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade on old work including applying putty and prime coat complete all as directed

Removal of Old damaged wooden Partions/shutters & Door frames and handed over the servicable items to CE dept., and dispose the un-servicable material to 50M lead complete all as directed.

Supply and providing Nitto bond SBR of Fosroc make complete all as directed

Disposal of debries, wooden scrap, garbage and rubbish outside the HSL premises to private dumping yard up to 20Km lead (not to dump in HSL colony dumping area & surrounding areas) it is the responsibility of the firm to ensure no objection shall be raised by Muncipal authorities / from any body. If any dispute arises the agency has to sort out at their own risk etc., complete all as directed.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with godrej make, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete

Supply and fix Stainless Steel 300mm long 16mm dia Aldrop complte all as directed.

Supply, fix, test and commissioning of 3 phase, VTPN 6 way double door MCBDB with 60 Amps, 4 pole MCB as main incomer and 10 A to 32 A, 10KA SP/DP MCBs as outgoings including all accessories as required and as directed. Approved make Schneider/ Siemens/ ABB / Havells / IndoAsian / Legrand or Equivalent.

Supply, lay on wall/ground fix and connecting up of 4 core X 25 Sq.mm PVC Copper cable from Main Panel in Ground floor to the sub-panel as directed (Approved make Universal / Polycab / Skytone / Havells or Equivalent.)

Concealed PVC conduit wiring with 3 runs of 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH PVC flexible copper cable for One point controlled by one switch as directed (It includes finishing with CM 1:5 and surface to match with the existing surface).

Concealed PVC conduit wiring with 3 runs of 1.5 sq.mm FRLSH PVC flexible copper cable for Two point controlled by one switch as directed (It includes finishing with CM 1:5 and surface to match with the existing surface).
