Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) exc. 1.50 Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down shutters of any description exc. 1 Sqm but n. exc. 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

Resecuring or easing & adjusting of shutters without taking down of shutters of any description not exc 2.0 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F factory made solid PVC door frame of size 50 mmx47 mm made out of 5mm thick wood grain printed PVC sheet used instead of plain colour PVC sheet & edges will be painted to match with printed sheet reinforced MS square tube supplying & fixing in opening as per specification & drawing complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. tubes for top & bottom rails. M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail; Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the M.S. frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, suppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawing. supplying & fixing in frame at site as per specifications and drawing of page no 146 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 2nd class hardwood plain solid, straight chowkat and frames, wrought, framed rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered put together with glue pinned at joints all as specified in and directed.

S&F 35 mm thick, 2nd class hardwood glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepare to receive gauge etc (without sash bars) edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for secruing glass/gauge etc size of member of shutter as specified in SSR Part-I Section 8 Clause 8.20 (a), fitted to chowkats complete all as directed.

S&F 30 mm thick flush shutters solid core construction, with particle board core and ply wood face panels commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F35mm factory made plain framed, panelled shutter (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9 mm BWP commercial ply or 12 mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces. The size of rail and stile as per IS-1003 (Part - I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated (35 mm thick with 2nd class HW rail and style) complete all as specified and directed.
