6 Construction of granular sub-base 150mm thick by providing coarse graded

machine crushed B.T. material satisfying MOST specification of grading I (B.T.

stone aggregate 53 mm to 26.5 mm 35 %, 26.5 to 4.75 mm - 45 % and

mm below - 20 % )including spreading in uniform layer with motor grader on

prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC and

compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc. complete.

7 Providing and laying wet mix macadam base course 150 mm thick using

machine crushed B.T. chips as per required gradation mixing with required

optimum quantity of water, conveying the mix to site of work, spreading in to

grade and camber with mechanical paver and consolidation each layer with

vibratory roller including cost of material labour plant and equipment etc.

8 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand :

Machine cut stone aggregate 40mm nominal size ) and curring complete

9 Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1- Cement : 2- Coarse sand : 4-

graded stone aggregates 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding

10 Providing and fixing pre-cast Rubber Dye / steel Dye inter locking concrete

block 60mm thick with grade of concrete M300 pnumatic compressed /

vibrated mechanically and as per approved design Confirming to IS 15658 :

2006 including 35 mm Sand layer for levelling and filling the joint with sand in

proper line and level as per guidlines of IRC : SP 63-2018 etc. Complete. 1.00 Sqmt.

11 Providing and laying interlocking steel mould paver blocks ETA GREY DL MS

80mm thick M-500 or ETA JETBLACK DL R 80mm thick M-500 grade of

specified thickness, size, grade of concrete and colour machine made and

blasting by automatic shot blasting machine and high density of as per

approved sample of approved make for footpath, parking areas, service lanes,

cross over and other areas as mentioned in the drawing. Including providing

and laying 75mm thick average bedding layer of coarse sand below paver

block as per required grading and specification. Laid paver block shall be

mechanically compacted. The work of the paving blocks shall be executed in

line and level by skilled mason of flooring work only. Small size of paver block

with same specifications shall be used at residu or at end. It should be laid in

such a way that the no cutting of the paver block to be necessary. If cutting of

paver block shall be required, than cut by machine only and laying to be done

by skilled flooring mason. The Finished surface of the paver block shall have

coarse sand texture finish. Paver blocks shall be compacted and shall be

relaid if necessary.Actual laid area shall be measured and paid without any

14 Providing cement vata (10cm. x 10 cm. size) quarter round in cement mortar

15 Providing and casting in situ ordinary cement concrete M-150 for Kerbs / kerb

blocks including formwork, curing and finishing complete. 1.00 Cumt.

16 Providing and fixing pre-cast concrete kerb stone of gray cement based

concrete block 30cm length,30cm height and 15cm thick of M200 grade

concret as per approved design and including excavation for fixing in proper

line and level,filling the joint with C:M 1:3 (1cement:3fine sand) etc complete. 1.00 Rmt.

17 Renovation of all type of Manhole and House connection chamber by

increasing the average 0.30mt.height at top including cost of brick

masonary,plaster,coping, removing and refitting of existing frame and cover

including all carting and providing of materials which required for the purpose

etc. complete as directed by engineer in charge. 1.00 Nos.

18 Renovation of all type of Manhole and House connection chamber by
