Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement into one point five sand into three crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated, curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge in Foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeters),so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footing, basis of column etcetra . and mass concrete complete as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government

Demolishing R.C.C./PCC work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Dismantling/DEMOLITION of wooden door/windows complete as directed by EIC with delivery of serviceable material and disposal of all unserviceable material as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Kota stone slab flooring 20mm (average) thick base of cement mortor 1:4 (1 cement :4 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab. Including rubbing and mirror polishing etc. complete :-25 mm thick (average) slab size not less than 550mmx550mm including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply installation of fixing of spc (stone plastic composite material in flooring material as long durable and wterproof complete with supply of raw material and installation/fixing of same complete with all suporting material such as puf/plastic/rubber sheet base with adhesives etc with labour and all tazexes inclusive as per HPPWd specifications and as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Supply installation of fixing of WPC sheets wall panelling and ceiling as long durable and wterproof panelling complete with supply of raw material and installation/fixing of same complete with all suporting material such as wooden frames/aluminium frame work /batten and adhesives etc with labour and all taxes inclusive as per HPPWd specifications and as directed by Engineer Incharge.

Steel work welded in built up sections including hollow sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint In gratings, framed, guards, bars ladders and railing, brackets, hand rail and similar works of hollow sections including carriage of material within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Second class Brick work in super structure above plinth level upto all floor level: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand) as per Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royalty, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government .
