Improvement and Extension of water supply scheme Municipal Corporation Palampur in Tehsil Palalmpur Distt Kangra H P

Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning R.C.C. under ground storage tanks as per capacity given below at various stages/sites including excavation in all kinds and types of strata, soil strata including dewatering in M30 design mix in foundation, walls, bottom slab , roof slab/dome with smooth finishing in 1:3 inside the tank, all alied Civil Works, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls (3 mtr from the edge of each structure) , refilling and disposing of surplus stuff with in all leads and lifts, labour and material charges. The job also includes providing lowering, laying, erecting, hoisting and jointing of pipe assembly for inlet, outlet, overflow and scour pipeproper manifiold at outlet including all fittings, bye pass arrangement consisting of GI / MS pipes special and valves of required classes and dia and all other accessories required such as SS ladders inside and MS ladder outside ventilator with mosquito proof wire mesh,lightening arrester complete ,SFRC manhole covers including frames and covers (medium duty) with proper locking arrangement water level indicator, RCC frames for all valves ventilating shafts shall also be provided including all leads and lifts as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The tanks shall be hydraulically tested for water tightness all works shall be conforming to relevant IS code. The cost of valves & other accessories shall be included in the rates of tanks . Battery Limit shall be considered as 3.00 m from the edge of the structure or the boundary of the land whichever is less.The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account.The work shall include supplying of three sets of structural design after testing the bearing capcity of soil and drawings, etc complete as directed by engineer in charge as per relevent data sheet and scope of work. ii) RCC Sector reservoir of 5,27,000 litre capacity at Differpat

iii) RCC Sector reservoir of 2,09,667 litre capacity at Bindraban

iv) RCC Sector reservoir of 2,21,000 litre capacity at Chimbalhar

v) RCC Sector reservoir of 4,25,000 litre capacity at Maranda

vi) RCC Sector reservoir of 2,77,667 litre capacity at Khalat

vii) RCC Sector reservoir of 60,19,333 litre capacity at Bandla ( Without Slab/ Dome)

( Plant operator Residance) Designing, Constructing, Testing & Commissioning of Plant operator Residance at following Locations including all allied Civil Works, Electrical works, internal lighting, Sanitay work, Site development, cutting/excavation in all kinds of soils, C/o PCC/RCC Retaining walls, Breast walls (3 mtr from the edge of each structure), Toilets, Septic Tanks, External Solar powered Street lighting, External landscaping, Fire Fighting arrangement etc complete as directed by engineer in charge The rates quoted by the contractor shall be for the complete work. All ancilliary works and accessories required to make the system fully functional shall be included in the cost of work. Nothing extra shall be paid on this account. Excavation in foundation, trenches upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of such deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
