S&F ACP of exterior grade for cladding the fassade of approved make for external wall/ beams, canopy of any colour including necessary farame work and complete weather sealing. The composite panel should consist of 3 mm thermoplastic core of LDPE sandwitched between 2 skins of 0.5mm thick aluminium sheet (alloy desiganation 310S) making total panel thickness of 4 mm. The system shall be fixed using GI brackets and SS steel bolts, nuts and screws complete with spring washers and cup nuts and all other accessories. The bracket support shall be designed as per manufacturer specifications and withstand apressure of 150 Kg/Sqm all harware shall corrosion resistant frame out of anodised aluminium member complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F HDPE white/black notted nylon bird proof net with 25mmx25mm mesh size of 2.5 mm thickness, weaherproof, UV stabilized and chemically treated of breaking strength of 23kg/sqm having melting point of 160 degree holding with J-type of similar hook and nylon seathing, 3 mm ss wire at 2 m c/c spacing fixed with frames and wall complete all specified and directed.

M&L for Bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, and similiar work including bolts, if required: hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps; hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to woodtrusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth with integral water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions on wall complete all as specified and directed. Note : (WPC Measured and paid seperately)

Supply only intergral water proofing compound (liquid admixture) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of new plaster surface of wall and applying two coats of Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade@ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Excavating over areas, n exc 1.5 m deep and getting out soft loose soil complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Removing excavated material exc. 50 m but n exc. 100 m and depositing where directed complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L for Hardcore of guage exc 63mm but n exc. 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rolled/rammed to a true surface complete all as specifed and directed.

M&L PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.
