Excavation in soil in hilly area all heights and depths, in all kind of soil including saturated soil comprising of pick, jumper, blasting work both in soft and hard rock with chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soil including, dewatering wherever required setting out to the required line grades, side slopes trimming bottom and level as shown on the drawings as directed by Engineer-in-Charge at site according to technical specifications clause 1603.1 & 1603.2 sorting out useful/ unuseful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lift and transportation of un-useful materials for filling in road ways, embankments for grades improvements and levelling to the required grade and then disposing of surplus excavated earth in acquired width of roads or on approved dumping sites through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its levelling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete the work by all means ( if required). Recovery of useful stone of 365.52 cum. @ 300/- per cubic metre amounting to Rs. 1,09,656/- only shall be done on prorata basis for the quantity of cutting in earth work effected. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor, which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all respect including all leads and lift of materials or as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawing and technical specification for rural roads clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all lead and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated Suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out by taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion damage to hill side water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and wedging out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in cutting/excavation including rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines grades, side slopes, width, camber super elevation and level as shown on the drawings or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge hauling and stacking of materials useful for construction at suitable sites and safe disposal of unsuitable cut materials in specified manner filling of unevenness blind edge and finishing of the road to specified dimension or as directed by the Enginer-in-Charge. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage rain and other causes it shall be remove by suitable diversion bailing out or pumping as directed and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public or private property during the course of excavation shall be the sole responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.
Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:6:12 (one cement: six sand: twelve graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying concrete Mechanically mixed and vibrated mix 1:5:10 (one cement: five sand: ten graded, crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size for plain /reinforced concrete in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete Grade-(M-10) using graded,crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size) in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. and curing including cost of form work complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidental complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying plain /reinforced concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated P.C.C. grade M-20 using graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimetre) nominal size in open foundations or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specifications clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and carriage of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702,704,1202 & 1206 Coursed rubble masonry (2nd (second) sort) in cement mortar 1:4 (one cement : four sand) curing complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentals complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1206.3 with Granular material complete within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete 900mm diameter (Nine hundred millimetre) pipe NP3 as per design for culverts on first class bedding of granular material in single row including fixing collar with cement mortar 1:2 (one cement: two sand) but excluding excavations, protection works, back filling, concrete and masonry works in head walls and parapets as per drawings and technical specifications for Rural roads clause 1101 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing and laying flooring with rubble stone laid in cement mortar 1:5 (one cement: five sand) laid over cement concrete bedding (cement concrete bedding to be measured and paid for seperately) curing complete as per drawing and technical specifications clause 1303 including carriage of material in all leads, lifts or as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for cutting involved for sub grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil) completed as per HP.PWD. specifications complete within all leads, lifts, carriage of material and other incidentals charges complete in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of V-Shape Drain with mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete M-10 (ten) grade nominal mix 1:3:6 (one cement : three sand : six graded, crushed stone aggregate 20mm (twenty millimeter) nominal size) with thickness of concrete as 10cm (ten centimeter) and size of drain 45X25cm (forty five into twenty five centimeter) and curing complete including cost of form work consisting as per standard drawing and HP.PWD. specifications complete in all respect including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .
Providing and erecting a "W" Metal Beam Crash Barrier comprising of 3mm (three millimetre) thick corrugated sheet metal beam guard rail 70cm (seventy centimetre) above road/ ground level fixed on ISMC series channel vertical posts 150x75x5mm thick (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre) spaced 2.00 (two point zero) metre centre to centre 1.80 metre (one point eight zero) high 1.10 metre (one point one zero) below ground/ road level all steel parts and fitments to be galvanised by hot deep process, all fittings to confirm to IS: 1364, metal beam guard rail to be fixed on the vertical posts with a spacer of channel section 150x75x5mm (one hundred fifty into seventy five into five millimetre), 330mm (three hundred thirty millimetre) long complete as per clause 811.3 MORTH within all leads, lifts carriage of material and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
