Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises as directed

Demolition cement concrete in ground floors and paving n exc 15 cm thickness(below or above ground floor)

M&L for 75 mm thick Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base to floors finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for joint less non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 450 x 300 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles including rendering 10mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 as backing coat to receive wall tiles/skirting/dados complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Vitrified Ceramic tiles light color 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 finished fair and even for laying floor finishes/tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling boarding any description, fixed in any position with nails (fixed in flooring)

S&F second class soft wood plank 25mm thick Planed one side & edges tongued and grooved or rebated, and ditto all as specified and directed

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm dia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mmdia bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc. and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix GI tubing 15 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

Supply & fix GI tubing 20 mm bore medium grade with all fittings and fixed to wall/ceiling or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repair sinks with drainage board made of stainless steel 1mm thick kitchen or laboratory with plugs, washers and wastes; including bedding in cement mortar to dwarf wall or including fixing cantilever brackets and connecting union to pipe, overall size 915mm x 460mm bowl size 410mm x 330mm x 160mm complete all as specified and directed

S&F low density PVC pipe 32 mm dia as in waste pipe to sink complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement plaster, any desription on brick or stone walls including raking out joints hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for Rendering 10 mm thick CM 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on external surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:4 with using water proofing treatment all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing admixture of make-pidilite or equivalent.

Material & labour for Rendering 5 mm thick CM 1:3 on brick or concrete surfaces of ceiling /chajja's finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of new surfaces of wall & applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed

M & L for preparing new plastered surfaces of internal walls and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer.
