2 Cat Eye / Road Stud / RPM: Supplying of Molded Twin Shanks Raised Pavement Markers made of 100 326.23 No.

polycarbonate and ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of

providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of

13635 kgs. tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 Type H and complying to Specifications of Category

A of MORTH Circular No RW/NH/33023/10-97 DO III Dt 11.06. 1997. The height, width and length

shall not exceed 20 mm, 130 mm and 130 mm and with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqcm on

each side and the slope to the base shall be 35 +/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the

integrated cylindrical shanks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2 mm and height not less than 30+/-

2 mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 500 Kgf. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road

for the shanks to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers

recommendation and The color of the marker should be as per the IRC 35-2015 and as directed by

engineer in charge.

3 Solar Stud: Supplying of Solar Raised Pavement Markers made of polycarbonate molded body with 5 2088.68 No.

circular shape, solar powered, LED self illumination in active mode, 360 degree illumination and

reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light

entering the lens face in passive mode. The marker shall support a load of 20000 kg tested in

accordance to ASTM D 4280. The marker should be resistant to dust and water ingress according to

IP 65 standards and should withstand temperatures in the range of 0 C to 70 C. Color of lighting

could be provided in red or yellow (amber) as per requirement and typical frequency of blinking is

Hz. There should be current losses of less than 20 micro-amperes at 2.4 V in sleep-charging mode to

enhance the life of the marker and a full charge should provide for a minimum autonomy of

hours. The height, width and length of the marker shall not be less than 10 mm x 100 mm x 100 mm.

Also, the surface diameter of the marker shall not be less than 100 mm respectively. The weight of

the marker shall not exceed 0.5 Kilograms. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the shanks

to go inside, without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers

recommendation and complete as directed by the engineer. (3M or Equivalent Brand)

4 Providing Supplying & Fixing jumbo swiss type traffic bollard made out of 1.5 mm thick CRC sheet in 8 3729.97 No.

conical shape having 188cms, bottom dia 30cms, top dia 22cms, with top circular direction plate of

30cms dia for arrow fabricated as directed and coated with black epoxy powder coating and Retro

reflectorised three yellow strip 15cms wide and arrow Micro Prismatic grade sheeting as per ASTM

4956-09 Type-XI Fixing with cement concrete M-25 grade, Foundation size 30cm*30cm*35cm as

per the instruction of Engineer in charge.

5 Providing Supplying and fixing post delineators made of ABS body fitted with high reflective, 450 1333.20 No.

6 Flexible Median Marker : Providing and Fixing of Flexible Median Marker that are made of tough, 3600 271.69 No.

high impact resistant, injection-molded, thermoplastic body with property of flexibility to provide

high durability. The dimension of Flexible

Median Marker should not exceed 18.4 cm in height(including shank height),12.5 Cm in width.

cm in thickness and shank depth shall be 3.4 cm The body structure shall be rounded at all its

corners and edges. The plastic used for molding

the Flexible Median Marker should survive impact load of 5kg continuously for 750 times at room

temperature. The logo of the manufacturer shall be embossed on either side of the body in the

injection molding process. The Median Marker shall have flame like shaped body with, fluorescent

yellow color retro-reflective sheeting of size not less than 90 Cm square, with fully reflective micro

prismatic cube corners as its retro reflective elements as per IRC 67 2012 and ASTM D4956-09 type

XI specifications reflectivity values. The retro-reflective sheeting shall be one or both sides of the

Flexible Median Marker and shall be edge protected with no exposed edges which will prevent edge

lifting, vandalism, sheeting damage, etc. The Flexible Median Marker shall be fixed by a combination

of epoxy adhesive and grouting as recommended by manufacturer and Engineer in charge.

surfaces 4mm thick in required colours of exterior consisting of two layers of aluminium skins of

0.25mm thick sandwich in a thermo plastic core in continuous lamination process with PVDF

coating of exterior grades ensuring long life colour and fungal resistance. Base frame work with

aluminium sections shall be fixed over the all surfaces, ACP shall be fixed to the frame work as

cladding it includes cost of labour , materials, accessories, adhesive, scaffolding, wastages, transport,

taxes, fixing into a neat finish in aesthetic point of view, without any undulations in facias all

complete as per instructions of the Engineer in charge.

14 Providing and sticking vinyl with eight colour eco solvent and epson printing. The Vinyl shall be of 620 1066.56 Sq.Mt.

100 microns 3M media. The vinyl shall be laminated by 80 microns film after the printing and before

sticking. The sample of the same shall be approved by the Engineer-in-charge and shall be stuck in

line and level without any crease or bubbles on the pre laminated board / acrylic sheet using 3M

adhesives surface. The graphics shall be provided. The contractor shall check the graphic size and

the available surface before printing. The 3M vinyl signage shall be stuck firmly on 3mm thick SS

304L grade sheet as per designs. The sheet shall be firmly fixed using SS 20mm dia studs as per the

designs. The contractor shall ensure that the signage sheets are fixed in correct line, level and

plumb. The rates shall be excluding SS sheet but including signage material including fixing and

other related costs like transportation, electricity etc.

15 Providing, erecting and fixing in position structural steel sections of Yst 310 grade of TATA, 580 127.95 kg.

Kamdhenu, Jindal of Asian confirming to IS:4923 purlins, roof trusses, columns, side runners, ties,

bracings, framing etc, including all types of base plate, gusset plate, cap plate, bearing plate, stiffner,

cleats etc. complete and structural steel confirming to IS:226 including necessary pipes, rolled joists,

channels, angles, tees, MS flats, angle cleats, gusset plate, bright bars, chequered plates, cross plates

as per required thickness including cutting, welding, riveting as per structural details and good

engineering practice grinding and cleaning the members as specified by Engineer in charge. (only

finished measurements shall be paid for billing purpose). No extra payment shall be made for

grouting that has to be done under the base plate to get full bearing on supporting sub strata. The

paint shall be oil paint in three coats to get an even look over a coat of red lead paint as per the

instruction of the engineer-in-charge. The rate shall also be inclusive of screws, bolts, nuts, washers,

hinges, pivots etc.

/MORTH Specifications; frame fabricated from suitable size iron box pipe of 32X32X4mm as

required; painted with best quality epoxy coatings in black and white bends , including nut

bolts,revetting , m.s board holding clamp-8mm thickness with fixing , erection & installation of all
