OD52822/2022-2023:Dismantling the 5 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, test running including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint.

OD52793/2022-2023: Refitting 160 HP motor, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

OD52797/2022-2023: Refitting up to 5 HP motor/vacuum motor pump set, starter and other electrical accessories,( Accessories when necessary ) and erecting the motor on the base plate coupling with pump, erecting the starter regulator TP switch etc in position giving connections checking correct alignment and trial run on full load

Accessories Supply and Other Items( SITC Should be completed with in 3 Months after executing the Agreement)

OD258799/2022-2023:Supply and renewal of Three Phase Ammeter accuracy class 1 in panel board after dismantling the damaged one, L&T or Equivalent make.

OD258800/2022-2023:Supply and renewal of Three Phase Voltmeter accuracy class 1 in panel board after dismantling the damaged one, L&T or Equivalent make.

OD52783/2022-2023: Supply and renewal of the LED Indication lamps in panel board after dismantling the damaged one

OD52784/2022-2023:Supply and Installing 20 W LED Tube light.

OD258706/2022-2023:Fabricate, Supply and installation of a power failure self trip station, assembled within a GRP (3mm thick)/powder coated GI (1mm thick)/PVC enclosure (4mm thick), circuit wired with a 260 A power contactor, single phase preventer for 160 HP Slip ring motor, with remote ON/OFF push buttons with indication lamps and RYB LED indication lamps at front panel of the box, and control circuit interlocked with suitably supplied and installed auxiliary contacts on the contactor, including provision of suitable PVC cable glands for IN/OUT cables, and including fasteners etc. for installation on to wall/frame/panel/etc

OD52855/2022-2023:Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 5 HP Vacuum motor pump set , D.O.L starter ,controlling electrical accessories , etc complete for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs , reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , dismantling and refitting , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump,maintaince of the motor pump sets , pipes , starter and valves electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition(excluding motor rewinding)all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed

OD52876/2022-2023: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 160 HP squirrel cage induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board, etc complete for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter , replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump and starter ( excluding motor rewinding ) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .

OD52859/2022-2023: Fully Comprehensive Annual Maintenance of 160 HP Slip ring induction motor with split case / End suction pump set , starter, controlling electrical accessories , panel board, etc complete for a period of 12 months including attending all repairs ,overhauling & reconditioning of starter and slip ring unit, replacing of damaged coupling bush, carbon brush and coupling bolts, refilling of oil, reconditioning the damaged parts , replacing spares with original make as per sample , removing foreign bodies , renewal of gland packing , gasket packing , rubber packing , greasing the bearing etc as and when required including overhauling of pump and starter ( excluding motor rewinding ) and maintain the motor pump sets starter , electrical accessories etc complete in good working condition all time during the period of contract and the faults should be rectified with in the time allowed .
