Earth work in hill road (hill side cutting):- Excavation in hilly area for construction of road in all types of soils & rocks with E&B and BLB as met at site , true to lines as per plan, L section , camber, super elevation as required , also including uprooting & cutting of bushes ,dressing of road surface to the required level and slopes, all lead , lift and safe disposal of surplus excavated material at suitable dumping places by mechanical means/ manual means indicated in the drawing with out damaging forest forest land , utility and private properties ,including slip clearance during hill side cutting as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per MORD specifications , Clause 1600,1603.1,1603.2 Including Remooval of all the Hill side cutting Defects and to achive width & Gradients as per PMGSY Norms and Specification (from km 0.000 to 10.300)

Removal of Unsuitable Soil with Disposal upto 1000 m Removal of unsuitable soil including excavation, loading and disposal upto 1000 m lead but excluding compaction ground supporting embankment sub grade replacement by suitable soil, which shall be paid separately as per Clause 303.5.2 as per Technical Specification Clause 302.3.11

Slip Clearance Clearance of land slides in soil and ordinary rock by a bull-dozer D 80 A-12, 180 HP and disposal of the same on the valley side

Using Gravel mix soil Granular sub-base/base/surface course with local materials (Table 400.13) by mix in place method normal Construction of granular sub-base by providing local material spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at once and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per Clause 401.4 as per Technical Specification Clause 408.

Construction of Hill side Kutcha Trapezoidal drain as per drawing (Top 0.50m, Bottom 0.30m & Height 0.45m as per site) in accordance with the requirement as directed by Engineer-in-charge and MORD Specification for Rural Roads

Providing and laying of boulder apron laid in wire crates with 4 mm dia GI wire conforming to IS:280 and IS:4826 in 100 mm x 100 mm mesh (woven diagonally) including 10 per cent extra for laps and joints laid with stone boulders weighing not less than 25 kg each as per drawing and MORD technical specifications Clause 1301

Construction of parapet in RR stone masonry laid in 1:5, C/S mortar providing M10 cement concrete in top, plaster in 1:4 C/S mortar & flush pointing in 1:3 C/S mortar as required and specified in detailed drawing with white washing complete as per the direction of Engineer in charge.( witht base CC M10 )

Providing edge stone on valley side of formation as per drawing and Technical specification Clause 1608.2.6 as per MORD spec. 1600 Sr. No. 8.9

C/o 1 mtr Span R.C.C Pucca scuppe IN 1:6 c/sand mortar including catch pit , including supply of all materials, labour, T&P etc required for proper completion of work as per drawing & MORD specification as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete P.C.C grade M 10 as per MORD technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete P.C.C M 25 in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 800, 1206.4 and 1206.5

Supplying, fitting, and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in substructure complete as per drawing and technical specifications Clauses 1002, 1006 and 1202.(As per MORD specification no. 1002.1 and IS 1786:2008 clause no. 1.6, Steel shall be procured from original/primary steel producers only and no re-rolled steel shall be used.)
