Fabrication/ Installation of Peacock with face, body & feathers as per design made in thermacol with necessary decoration like Tambada paper+ coloring cloths+ sparkle work + painting and fixed over necessary wooden frame work of size 12’-0”x6’-0” as per appeared colour scheme.

Fabrication/ Installation of Cloth draping in multicolor, fast color, fabric in the Main chaupal area with 25 nos. radial length of 30 meter with decorative hangings as per Diwali theme (with M.S truss if required)

P/F Multicolour fabric buntings. Made of cloth which is wrinkle free with fast colours as approved colours in various shapes and designs as per concept of Ambience Creation duly approved by HTC in plain colours ,tied with strong threads/ropes as per requirement at site as/drawings.

P/F Multicolour fabric buntings with logo. Size of one leaf to be out of 4”x 8” approximately and as per approved shape and design. Location: a) Fixed on the façade and sides of huts. b) Fixed on the Mid Axis ie. Main Road of Mela in criss -cross design. Tied from main trees and other prominent locations in radial design.

Fabrication of selfie point with hanging Pin wheel/Firki tassels made in bamboo structure with necessary decoration like paper work + colouring cloth work+ wooden work + paint work and fixed over necessary wooden frame work. Size:- 10’-0x8’-0” as per photograph.

Fabrication of selfie point of diwali theme made by sunboard 5mm thickness and installed on mild MS frame 25x25 with digital printed vinyl. Size: 4’-0”x8’-0”

Fabrication and installation of tree hanging with designer candle tassels, Lanterns+ Diyas etc. (25-30 in each tree)

Fabrication and Installation of designer stars candle tassels on the main axis.

Flower Decoration (As per scope of work)

Providing and Fixing Calcutta. Marigold (orange/yellow colour) - 1 mtrs. Std. length at strategic locations of Hotel Rajhans and Mela Area during all days of Mela. (as per approved Design by HTC)

Providing and Fixing Guldavri/white flower in laris at strategic locations of Hotel Rajhans and Mela Area during all days of Mela. (as per approved Design by HTC)

Providing and Fixing Green Patti Lari 1 Mtr. Std. length in Hotel Rajhans and Mela Area during all days of Mela.

Providing and Fixing cut flower border in rose, carnation, zarbara, flowers etc., with green foliage for the main chaupal stage in Mela area. 8” wide fixed over wet oasis including maintenance and retouching for all days during mela as per approved Design by HTC.

Providing and Fixing - 10 Nos. Urali per day provided with flowers and encircled with Rangoli in Hotel Rajhans as well as in front of cultural stage in the Mela area on rental basis. Rates to be including the installation and rent charges for vvip functions as per approved design by HTC).

P/F fiber /M.S. pedestals in different areas decorated with cloth and flowers (carnation roses and Zarbara and green foliage) as/approved design. Flowers arrangement to be changed every 3rd day.

Providing English Rose Buds with Decoration as per requirement at various places wrapped with cellophane or coloured paper.

Medium table flower arrangement (1 ft. diameter) with Rose, Carnation and green foliage of 8-10 stems as per requirement at various places/acrylic containers or fixed over wet oasis (as per approved Design by HTC)

Big table flower arrangement on consoles, reception counter and VIP rooms at Hotel Rajhans with lilium, Rose, Carnation and green foliage of 20-25 stems as per requirement at various places fixed over wet oasis (as per approved Design by HTC).

Laying of Rose Petals as per requirement at various places as per the design given by HTC.

Decoration of Golf Carts with coloured cloth and Gainda flower Lari. (To be changed every 3rd day 8 golfcarts X 3 days) as per approved Design by HTC)

Hand bouquet with Lilly flower (15-20 stem), Lilium flower, carnation, gladulas and Roses as per requirement wrapped with cellophane or coloured paper/ribbon.

Decoration of Main entrance doors of Rajhans, entry to pool area with artificial flower as well as Gainda Lari, Green Pati Lari etc from the material already procured and with M/S truss .
