Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4 ( Nominal Mix), type B-1(using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as inslabs suppotted on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work, not exceeding 200mm thickness (Horizontal or sloping complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs n exc 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horinzontal or sloping and similar work exc 10cm but n exc 20 cm wide complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

M&L raised pointing to random rubble stone masonry,un-courses or brought upto course in cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 110mm bore PVC (SWR) pipes, single socketed in any length as in weep holes complete all specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring , paver blocks and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling stone slabs,paver blocks and tiles of any description or thickness in floors,aprons,path etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed .

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Plain cement concrete, 1:3:6 (Nominal mix) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in surface channels or drains etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel of 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement,including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed.

Add or deduct for each 25 mm girth or part there of over or under 30cm dirth, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors/ paver block/ path etc finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block with grey cement and no pigment, any shape and size (shape as approved bt GE) laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc conforming to IS-15658-2006, M-35 grade over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 60/80 mm thick machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block, any shape and size laid in path,porch,hard standing or flooring etc over and including 25 mm thick layer of sand cushioning,except paver block complete all as specified and directed. Note: Usable paver blocks obtained from dismantling used in this item.

M&L 25cm x 25 cm x 25mm thick, chequered cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concerete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in kerb stone, roof kerbs, mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and removal of rubbish off the premises and leaving the work clear of any plastering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick plaster on stone masonry or other than fair faces of brick wall in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick plaster on fair faces of brick work in walls or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors/ paver block/ path etc finishing the surface even & fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate laid in alternative bays area not exc 2 sqm each as in plinth protection/foot path laid to slope of 1 in 12 including finishing the surface even & fair & filling the joints (6 mm wide) with mastic filling i.e one part of bitumen 85/25 or VG-30 and 3 parts of sand by weight complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

S&F hand rails, half around or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersink for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc,; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-265 complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only old post and struts complete all as specified and directed. Note: Usable post and struts obtained from dismantling used in this work.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rail straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc.as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Restraining resecuring including making good staples etc. of old galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of old standard rail straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc.as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new surface of steel of any description, over 10cm width or girth not other wise described and appliying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.
