Provoding and fixing Two lane Crash Barrier Metal beam(ISI) as per MoRTH Specification incld. M15 Grade PCC and all fixture complete.

Providing and laying of M.S.Pipe Various dia 6.4mm thick with a weight of 47.32kg/Rm and a length of 6m long for cross drainage work incld. Constt. Of catch pits at the inlet and out let in M-15 grade concrete and providing and laying a bed of sand layer and providing earth cushion to the required grade and cross section.(As direct by Engineer -in-charge as per drawing and relevant /RC specifications code.

Pavement work:-

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres

Providing, laying , sub base/ base/surface course (200mm thickn) with local materials (table 400.13) by mix in place method normal construction of granular sub base by providing with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401.4 as per technical specification clause 408 using gravel mix soil (including loading unloading and haulage complete job)

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant, carriage of mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in-Charge

Providiing and applying priming coat with bitumen emulsion SS-1 using emulsion distributor@1kg/sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned with hydraulic broom, as per technical specification clause 502/503 incld. loading un-loading and haulage of material ,T&P etc. &testing of materails for quality control complete job)

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1) using emulsion distributor @2.5kg per10 sqm on the granular surface cleaned with hydraulic broom, as per technical specification clause 503 incld. loading un-loading and haulage of material ,T&P etc. &testing of materails for quality control complete job)

Providing and laying bituminous macadam with plant 50mm thick compacted thickness in accordances with most specification to specified lines grade and cross section aggregate grading to max size of 35% 20mm,45% 10mm,fine agg,20% with binder content of the mix 3.95% by weight to total mix with confirming to Clause 509. as per technical specification incld. all cost and carriage of material involved T&P labour , octories Taxes and testing charge during execution incld. cost of bitument and consolidation power road roller incld. 10% for surface corretion /pot hole /undulation complete.

Providing /Laying Semi dence bituminous concrete of 25mm thick over macadamized surface with specified size and grade crushed agg.as per MOST specification (Agg.12,5mm 15%,10mm 55%, Fine Agg 28%, cement 2%) Mixed with binding @6% tar in hot mixed plant laid with paver finished with the required levels achieving the desired density consolidations with power roller of 8 to 10 ton capacity including all types of carriage/haulage cost of tar ,T&P,labour,octories etc,involved and testing during excavation for quality control Incld. screen and rectficated of patch portion laying of SDB incld. consulated shulder filling.

Providing and laying seal coat type B using bitumen @0.68kg/sqm of road surface and sand @0.006cum/sqm of road surface conforming to technical specification clause 510/513. using Bitumen (S-90) incld. Carriage /haulage of mix and all materials.T&P Labour ,octories etc. involved and testing during excution for quality control complete job.

P/Fixing of retor reflectedoried cautionary mandatory and in- fumitory sign as per IRC 67 made of encapsulated lenses type tentive sheeting wide clause 1701.2.3 fixed over aluminum sheeting 1.5mm thick supported on a mild stell angle iron posts 75 X 75mm, into 6mm finished to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete (450 X 450 X 60mm) 600mm below ground level drawing and technical specification as direct by Site Engineer in-Charage.

Providing and erecting direction and place indentification retro reflectories sign as per IRC 67 made of encapsulated lenses type reflective sheeting area not exceed 0.9 Sqm supported on a mild II steel single angle iron posts 75 X 75 X 6mm firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M15 grade cement concrete 450X450X160mm below ground as pre approved drawing and technical specification clause 1701
