M&L for water proofing treatment of sunken floor of toilets having vertical depth 300-450mm as described with following course of applications:- (a) Demolition of concrete of any description not otherwise specifically provided for, or in any type of filling in sunken portion and cleaning the sunken portion including vertical wall surface and removal of debris and rubbish out side MOD land all as directed (b) 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) with using WPC as per manufacturer's instruction on bottom of sunken portion with proper slope towards spout. (c) Vertical sides of sunken portion shall be plastered 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacture's instruction. Plaster shall be extended over PCC coving when the same is green i.e PCC & plaster be carried out at the same time as directed at site. (d) Spout of 32 mm bore GI pipe 'light grade' projecting 450 mm from face of outer wall with mosquito proof cap on inner face of pipe shall be provided to drain out seepage including cutting holes & making good as required. (e) After curing of PCC/Plaster, two coats of fibre reinforced elastomeric liquid waterproofing membrane compound shall be applied all as directed. (f) Sunken portion shall be tested for leakage/seepage /dampness by ponding with water for 72 hours, in case any defect is noticed the sunken portion shall be grouted with cement slurry mixed with suitable water proofing chemical and tested again. The process shall be repeated till leakage/seepage not rectified and Sunken portion shall be filled again with PCC 1:5:10 complete all as specified & directed by Engr-In-Charge. Mode of Measurement (i) Sunken slab to be treated up to 450 mm depth. (ii) Bottom area of sunken slab will only be measured for qty calculation and payment.

Supply, laying commissioning, testing of XLPE under ground LT cable 1100 volts grade of size 35 Sqmm 4 core armoured, PVC sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty laid in trenches, fixing on wall, under road crossing through protection pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 M depth in soft / loose soil and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with dry fine sand including filling, spreading, levelling in layers in cable trench with approved quality of sand for protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for continuous brick edging with width equal to the depth of the brick of whole sub class 'B' bricks laid on edge complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in 25mm thick layer complete all as specified and as specified.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance exc50 m but not exc in 100 m and deposited where directed at a level exc 50 m above the starting point complete all as specified.

Supply and laying and fixing 40 mm bore galvanised steel tubes with all fittings, light grade, laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting electrically, taking down exhaust fan of size up to 450mm sweep from existing position, dismantling frame and blades, servicing by cleaning oiling /greasing, replacing unsv parts reassembling and refixing at same or new locations duly connected with new cord flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076 from ceiling rose and testing complete all as specified & directed. Note: Spare parts other than specified will be measured and paid separately under respective items.

M & L for Rewinding of exhaust fan motor of size 230 to 300 mm sweep any make with super enamelled copper winding wire of 32SWG gauge, sleeve work, varnishing with `B' class insulation varnish, connection with flexible wire of appropriate size two core copper wire up to connector block including cutting and taking out old burnt Al/Cu winding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Rewinding should be done at workshop

Disconnecting electrically, taking down ceiling fan from existing position, dismantling blades, servicing by cleaning oiling /greasing, replacing unsv parts, split pins, check nuts, rubber seal etc, reassembling and rehanging at same or new locations duly connected with new cord flexible copper conductor cable of size 23/.0076 from ceiling rose and testing complete all as specified & directed. Note: Spare parts other than specified will be measured and paid separately under respective items.
