Schedule-I : Engineering Services
Survey Work, Hydraulic Design and As-Built Drawing: Conducting route survey of the Silchar (Phase-II) as per drawings/ maps attached in the Bid Documents. The survey includes along the road, fixing up alignment, taking levels at every 50 m intervals , and at each crossing & junction of road, change of alignment by qualified surveyors and with modern equipment viz. GPS, Total Station / DGPS and preparation of drawing in Auto CAD and GIS format as per instruction of Engineer - in - Charge, showing the alignment of road, route of pipeline, location of Head Works & existing Intake/ Deep tube well, important land marks in both side of the roads, habitation by hatch mark and submission of 3 (Six) copies of drawing (Hard Copy) as well as soft copy in (CD or DVD) with geo reference of all landmarks, important road crossings, head Works, As built drawing & other related sites of proposed areas in GIS Layer, .shp file layers, in projection (Latitude & Longitude). The location of completed works and alignment shall be marked in the drawing and it shall represent true locations at site as directed. Survey Work also Includes Household survey for finalizing house survey connections- Entire water supply scheme under AMRUT 2.0 avoiding duplicity of Household Connection of Water Supply already provided by schemes other than AMRUT 2.0 & Hydraulic Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications and modelling of proposed water supply main lines, distribution system, and structural Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications of components (if any) included in proposed water supply system completely in all respect. Any changes as required after re-Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications (if needed) the system shall be informed to the Engineer-in-Charge and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer and after approval shall be executed for entire project area.
Schedule II : Elevated Service Reservoirs
Elevated Service Reservoir :-Design, construction, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of 1(One) Zonal Over head service reservoir of Circular/Rectangular shape, RCC framed staging and 3000 cum capacity and minimum 20.00 m staging height at locations under the command areas to be served. Reservoirs have RCC pile Foundation including all necessary inlet/ outlet/ overflow/ draining etc. piping arrangement with control valves, RCC spiral case from GL to top of roof, M.S. ladder with guard ring, RCC ventilator, Manhole with frame & cover at roof, float operated inlet valve, calibrated water level indicator, lightening arrestor with earthing system, providing CC topping on bottom dome & conical dome inside the reservoir & CC Skirting on inner faces of reservoir wall, providing cement mortar plaster to all other exposed surfaces of the structure and painting of the RCC structure with weather resistant cement paint over priming coat & anti corrosive paint over a coat of lead primer to M.S. work, etc., all complete (as per all relevant BIS or ISO specification), as directed and specified including construction of operator room and compound wall in the premises and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.
Schedule VIII : Distribution Network
A) DI - K7 Pipes for Distribution network:- Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, Supply, delivery, Stacking, laying, Trial run, Flushing Disinfection and Commissioning of pipelines by flushing with water containing bleaching powder at 0.5 gms per litre of water and cleaning the same with fresh water, operation to be repeated three times including getting the sample of water from the disinfected main tested in the laboratory for the entire implemented network system. Road cut / railway crossing/ nalla/ drain/ culvert crossing, jointing and hydro-testing for distribution pipe network of Ductile Iron (DI) Pipes of Class K7, and P 1.6 rating, IS marked conforming to IS 8329:2000 Centrifugally Cast (SPUN) Pressure Pipes for water with Socket, Spigot ends and tyton joints in standard working lengths of 5.5 & 6m for classification K-7 as per details given below suitable for Push- on Joint (EPDM Rubber Gasket Jointing) with cement mortar lining inside the pipes as per Annexure-“B” of IS 8329:2000 and Zinc Coating with a finishing layer of Epoxy Resin (Blue Epoxy) on external surfaces as per Annexure-“A” of IS 8329:2000, Third Party Inspection (Pre & Post) as per Technical Specifications and direction of Engineer including all labour, material, equipment all lead and lift all work complete including earth work, back filling & thrust blocks, including Providing & Fixing Steel Bridges For DI / HDPE Pipe Crossing ,of Required Strength On nalla/Stream/ culverts, construction of pedestals including all up to commissioning, Third party inspection (Pre & Post), Road restoration as per existing condition with proper safety arrangements including GSB, WBM/WMM, ICBP/BM/BT/Premix Carpet/CC and the RCC/PCC Thrust blocks wherever necessary, and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

B) HDPE Pipes for Distribution System confirming to IS 4984 / 14151 / 12786 / 13488:- Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, Supplying, transportation, stacking, laying using Trenchless Technology / Conventional Trenching method, electrofusion jointing for fittings , nalla/ drain/ culvert crossing and hydraulic testing of HDPE (PE100 PN 10) pipe including all pipe, specials, fittings and all relevant accessories (using electrofusion) confirming to IS 4984 and the specifications, including third party inspection (Pre and Post), all taxes and duties, transportation, freight charges, loading and unloading, construction of Thrust Block where necessary, conveyance to the project site and stacking with cost of all labour and material for following pipe diameters. including all labour, material, equipment all work complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer In Charge with all lead and lift-including earth work, back filling &thrust blocks, nalla/Stream/ culvert crossing, construction of pedestals including all up to commissioning, Third party inspection (Pre & Post), Road restoration as per existing condition with proper safety arrangements including GSB, WBM/WMM, ICBP/BM/BT/Premix Carpet/CC and the RCC/PCC. Trail run, Flushing Disinfection and Commissioning of pipelines by flushing with water containing bleaching powder at 0.5 gms per litre of water and cleaning the same with fresh water, operation to be repeated three times including getting the sample of water from the disinfected main tested in the laboratory for the entire implemented network system. This item includes Oxidation Induction Time Test confronting to IS 4894 : 2016 at both ends by two different agencies through Perkin Elmar Instrument and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer.

Double Flanged Non-Rising Type Sluice Valve as per IS 14846/2000 (PD Type) PN 1.0 having seat of body/wedge face ring Gunmetal to IS 318 LTB 2, Stem SS AISI 410 with manual handwheel operation. Flange Drilled as per IS 1538 Table IV & VI Flat Face (INCLUSIVE OF FITTINGS AND PUDDLE PIPE) and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer

D) Valve Chamber: Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, Drawing, detail engineering , Construction of RCC and Brick masonry chambers for Sluice valve, Wash Out Valve, Air valves, Fire hydrants etc. including cost of PCC and RCC work, cost of supply and bending and binding of steel with required shuttering, cost of brick work with plaster from inside and outside, precast slabs, including all the miscellaneous items of work, restoration of the periphery, but excluding the supply and installation of pipes and specials, valves etc. including all labour material all lead and lift all work complete and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer
E) Flow Control Valve for Flow Measurement at the DMAs: Supply, installation and commissioning in all respect as per Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications, including calibration in third party laboratory, Electromagnetic Flow Meter (EMF) as per ISO 4064, for potable water with accuracy as per specification, with in- built wireless communication along with one number of battery operated Pressure Transmitter (ratio metric type) and integration of pressure signal with DMA flow meter wireless communication modem, including software for datalogging with workstation, as per given specifications for required sizes including sensor, transmitter surge arrestor, cables, pipe cutting, levelling and installation of flow meter in Electrical panels with locking arrangement, commissioning and erection all complete and pressure transmitter in the pipelines with necessary tool tackles etc complete, as may be required at site & based on technical specifications as directed by Engineer In Charge. F) Fire Hydrant: Providing, Fixing, testing &Commissioning of Single Headed Gun Metal ISI Marked oblique pattern Hydrant Landing Valve with 80 mm dia, flanged inlet & 63 mm dia instantaneous type female outlet complete with cap and chain, twist release lug and all accessories as per IS:5290-1993(third revision) (Type-'A') and specifications complete as required including Providing, Erection, Testing & Commissioning of Cast Iron Sluice Valve/ Gate Valve confirming to IS:14846/2000 complete with matching flanges, rubber insertion, nuts, bolts and washer etc. of following size complete as required including Valve Chamber (FRP slab with universal key lock system) and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer
Schedule IX : House Service Connections and Meter Installation
A) House Service Connection: Providing House Service connection from the distribution network pipe lines comprising of PVC Shade Piece, Brass Ferrule Cock and average 10.0 m. long reputed Brand 3 layer (Outer green coloured UV Stabilised, middle black coloured UV Stabilised and innermost layer white coloured with antimicrobial property) Fusion welded PP-R (Poly propylene- random copolymer) Pipes, SDR 7.4 having thermal stability for hot and cold water supply including all plain PP-R fittings and brass threaded PP-R fitting and clamping, cutting etc. including all necessary earth work, restoration of road as per existing condition including GSB, WBM/WMM, ICBP/BM/BT/Premix Carpet/CC and the RCC/PCC (repairing charges payable to PWD / local bodies, if any), hooking up of the service connection with the nearby distribution pipe network including payment of all taxes & duties, forest royalty, octroi, all complete and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer
B) Domestic Water Meter and Meter Box : Providing, installing and giving satisfactory field testing of water meter (domestic type) with ISI mark as per IS 779/1994, horizontal inferential MultiJet type with magnetic drive and dry dial suitable for ambient 50° C |Temperature duly sealed against tampering, complete with couplings at both ends and conforming to class A as per IS 779/1994 (VI Revision) Third party inspection. Water Meter Conforming to IS: 4064 along with manufacturer's test certificate and guarantee certificate, with 5 years warranty, including cost of all materials, reducer, meter box as per specification (15mm dia/20mm dia/25mm dia) and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer
Schedule-XII : Operation and Maintenance
Operation and Maintenance ( after completion of Capex work and trial & satisfactory commissioning of complete project):- Operation, maintenance, excluding APDCL charges for Power Consumption, but including required Manpower, chemicals and material, repairing of all components as required, repair to pipeline leakages, road restoration for the repairing works, painting of civil or non civil structures (if any), retrofitting works of the civil structure wherever necessary and management of Water Treatment plants ( Existing & proposed)pumps and motors, pumping stations, deep tube wells including, mechanical, electrical panels, necessary accessories and SCADA systems, it also includes activities for maintenance of campus development, administrative building, laboratory, horticulture, etc. and all works related to plant operation as per scope of work and specification and performance indicator and other relevant works . and all works related to plant operation as per scope of work and specification and performance indicator and other relevant works (if any)meter reading, billing of water supply system through regular water supply in DMAs/Zones from service reservoirs to consumer water meter points as per specifications & employer's requirement including consumables, disposables, collecting bills, supply of chemicals, repairing of leakages in pipes, road restoration, periodical water testing cost, from date of commissioning up to completion of Design, Detailed Engineering and Drawings with technical specifications build period as directed by Engineer In Charge. for Five years as per specifications attached and any other works as directed by Engineer in charge/ employer (APDCL Energy Charges will be borne by the ULB)
