WATER COOLERS Checking of Water cooler of any make / capacity in location and position at any site in Technical /Domestic Area Halwara including necessary servicing comprising of cleaning drain water system, cleaning condensor ,Cleaning condenser fan motor, cleaning storage, water tank cleaning and testing for proper functioning of water cooler complete all as speicified and directed.

Removing of defective compressor sealed unit from water cooler storage type 150 Ltr per hours for repair, cutting supply and fixing new compressor sealed unit complete of same capacity and make of model AV-100 of Tecumesh or equivalent model of make , including instaling with existing system by brazing etc. Flushing of complete system with CO2 gas to dedect any leakage if any including charging of refrigent approved M12/134A or as per recommendation of manufacture to its full capacity including connecting and testing complete all as directd. Note-Cost of minor spares require to make the cooler functional shall deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as per Sl item No 2.00 above but for 60/120 Ltr storage capacity with cooling capacity 60 Ltrs / hour water cooler of sutaible make.

Taking down the existing unserviceable blower motor motor HP-1/10 from water cooler of capacity 150 Ltrs/hrs and supply and fixing new blower motor single phase AC 230 volts of same capacity complete all as specified.

Taking down the existing unserviceable blower moter motor HP-1/16 from water cooler of capacity 60 Ltrs/hrs and supply and fixing new blower motor single phase AC 230 volts of same capacity complete all as specified.

Taking down the existing unserviceable blower motor HP-1/32 from water cooler of capacity 40 Litrs/hrs and supply and fixing new blower moter single phase AC 230 volts of same capacity complete all as specified.

REFRIGERATORS / DEEP FREEZER Tracing out leakage from suction line, discharge line, evaporation condenser, filter, capillary tube by suitable method including bracing, welding, replacement of filter strainer charging line and filling of gas charging as prescribed by manufacturer, leak testing & commissioning of refrigerators/deep freezer of any type, any capacity, any make complete as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
