Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30cm in depth, 1.5m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth, within all lead and lift as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. a) All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Excavating holes more than 0.10 cum & up to 0.5 cum including getting out the excavated soil, then returning the soil as required in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, including consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering etc, disposing of surplus excavated soil, as directed within all lead and lift. a) All kinds of soil as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : a) 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a) Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for : a) Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc. as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S. wire gauge to windows and clerestory windows using wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4 mm in both directions with wire of dia 0.63 mm all complete. a) With 12 mm mild steel U beading as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing ISI marked, IS : 1341, M.S. heavy weight bright finished butt hinges with necessary screws etc. complete : a) 125x90x4.00 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing ISI marked oxidised M.S. sliding door bolts with nuts and screws etc. complete (Copper oxidised as per IS 1378) a) 300x16 mm as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50 mm (base metal of minimum 0.45 mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in-charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /seIf tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : a) Two or more coats on new work as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.

Providing and laying hard stone filing/soling including carriage of material with in all lead & lift as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and fixing 110mm dia Unplasticized rigid PVC pipe of required size for weep holes in concrete walls including cutting,placing and fixing in required slope all complete as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer -in-charge including carriage of material within all lead and lift.
