Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of Microprocessor based addressable fully networkable fire alarm control panel (VDS/I /ERTL/LPCB/FM approved) suitable for the devices as stated in the previous items of this BOQ along with 20% spare capacity with each loop loading not exceeding 80% of the full capacity of detectors and devices taken together, complying to IS 2189:2008 IP 52 rating or its latest amendments, and with minimum 600 character alphanumeric liquid crystal display. The panel shall be soft addressable type and shall be able to give pin point location of all fire/fault conditions. Further, the panel must be able to automatically switch off respective control switches with help module whenever any alarm is triggered. The Panel should be able to store sufficient numbers of log events in its Memory as per recommended standards.

The panel shall have in built rectifier, provision for external & internal printer (if required), Loop cards, LCD unit to indicate Fire/Fault Signal with address and analog output, complete in all respects, in built Surge protection facility, integral SMF lead acid batteries with sealed cells of 24 V capable of running for 24 hours normal working and then be capable of operating the system for 60 minutes during Emergency condition, with integral battery charger complete in all respect as required.The FACP shall be capable of being networked (future expansion) wits other similar FACP located at different part of the premises through single RS 485 modbus. The FACP shall have provision for interfacing with the public address system, remote computer and BMS interface. The system must be preloaded with licenced software.(Approved Make: Cerberus Pro/Johnson Controls/Edward/Secutron/Securiton/Apollo/Morley/Eaton/ GST/Siemens/Honeywell/Ravel)NOTE:- 1) The Fire Alarm system shall comply with latest requirements of (1) National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) Standards (ii) IS 2189 (iii) NFPA 70 Electric Code (iv) NFPA 72 National Fire Alarm & Signaling Code (v) Local Statutory Regulations (vi) Manufacturer Recommendation (vii) System should be integrated with the components like FACP. Detectors, MCP, Hooter, Monitor Module, Relay Module, etc. ard all these, components should be of same brand. TESTS: 1) The system shall he tested and commissioned by a qualified competent, trained engineer or technician authorized by the manufacturer of the fire alarm equipment to technically supervise and participate during all of the adjustments and tests (or the system). 2) Before energizing the cables and wires, inspection and check for correct connections, and test for short circuits, ground faults, continuity, and insulation and other tests as per applicable Indian/International standards must be done.

'TERMS & CONDITIONS:- The Agency must procure the materials from the Manufacturer/OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty/ support of the Manufacturer/OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them. Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty/support should he sent from the email of the Manufacturer/OEM/authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-Charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution of work/submission of bill. If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.

'Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of Micropresssor controlled Addressable multisensor detector IF 42 (VDS/UL/ERTL/LPCB/FM approved) with inbuilt optical smoke sensors and heat detector sensors and heat detector sensor with inbuilt short circuit fault isolator as per NFPA style 7 wiring complete with base (Note: Detectors without built-in fault isolator is also acceptable provided one independent short circuit fauit isolator is to be provided extra as per NFPA without extra cost) the detectors should have built in LED response indicator. The detector should have 360 degree optical view with single / multiple LED that blinks on actuation of detector. Reverse polarity or faulty zone wiring shall not damage the detectors.Make: Cerberus Pro / Johnson Controls / Edward/Secutron/ Securiton/Apollo/Morley/Eaton/GST/Honeywell / Ravel).

SITC of Addressable Loop Powered Hooter (sound output of niinimun: 90 dh) cum strobe (strength of light 10cd) complete with: inbuit short circuit fault isolator. Supply, Installation, Testing & Commisioning of Micropresssor controlled Addressable Heat detector IP 42 (VDS/UL/ERTL/LPCB/FM approved )with combination of fixed type & Rate of Rise of Temperature feature Detector shall have maximum triggering temperature programmable from 60 deg. C to 80 deg, C., having high level of immunity to electromagnetic influances and show alarm signal lirat temperature is reached. Detector shali have inbuilt short circuit fault isolator as per NFPA style wiring complete with base (Note: Detectors without built-in fault isolator is also acceptable provided one independent shart circuit fault isolator part detector is to be provided extra as per NFPA without extra cost) the detectors should have built in response LED indicator.
