Demolition of precast concrete block walling, dressed stone work built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for precast cement concrete Block Masonary with solid blocks type C1 1:3:6 (20mm graded stone aggregate) exc 10cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement with WPC complete all as specified and directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L for 15mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint walls including a thin layer of exterior wall putty of 2 mm thick etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old plastered wall surfaces by scrapping and applying two coats of Exterior grade Apex distemper over and including a layer of wall care putty (avg thickness 2 mm) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of New plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of oil bound distemper on walls etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling incl. cement mortar bedding (but not backing) & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified.

M & L for 50 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor including finishing concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor including finishing concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

M & L for Vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:6) Complete all as Specified and Directed.

M & L for Vitrified tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in wall and vertical surfaces such as skirting & Dados etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering on wall surface in cement mortar (1:4) complete all specified and directed.

M & L for joint free coloured Non-skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all specified and directed.

M & L for Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the shade over and including 15mm thick screed bedding in CM 1:6 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface of size 350x 250x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to Match with the grade of existing tile over and including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Rubber Moulded Chequered Cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x25mm thick, machine pressed; set, jointed and pointed in net cement slurry in floors, with grey cement and pigments over and including 15mm thick screed bed with CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 15-18 mm thick in steps,cills,jambs,pillars,window cills,cooking platforms and like, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar (1:4) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) 15-18 mm thick For wall lining (veneering to wall) 12 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete as in ground floors and pavings not exc 15 cm thickness (above or below) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided Complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded Stone aggregate in plinth protection finisheed even and smooth without using extra cement including forming necessary joints 10mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 metre and filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand Cushion for filling in floors or pavings,laid in layers n exc 15cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as Specified and Directed .

M & L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80mm thickness, M-40 Grade Complete all as Specified and Directed .

M & L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) Ditto, in lintels upto 1..5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating including neccesary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steel TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia and over , cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality confirming to all as specified.

Taking down chokhats or frames (without taking off shutters from the frame) n.exc 1.50 sqm including cutting holes and making good reqd shape for hold fast block for new frame complete all as specified directed.

Taking down shutters of any description n.exc 1.00 sqm each and removed from site complete all as specified directed.

S & F of Flush shutters 35 mm thick, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 2nd Class hardwood small fittings such as brackets of any type, latch and hinge blocks, shaped door and window stops and the like complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for 30mm thick glazed and skeleton shutters, of 2nd class Hard wood, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded. fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc.; sizes of me-mbers of shutters as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8, clause 8.24 (a); supplied and fitted to chowkats complete all as specified directed.

S & F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of M S tubes for top & bottom rails M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain coloured PCV ‘C’ channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail,panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and joined together with solvent cementsuppling & fixing in the frame at site as per specification & drawings.

S & F of Solid PVC Door Frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 35mm thick IInd class hard wood glazed skelton shutters open rebated and prepared to recive glass,guage etc (W/o sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass etc size of members of sutters as specified in SSR part-I section-8, clause 8.20 (a). S&F to chowkhat complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for water proofing treatment to roofs surfaces including taking out existing treatment with cleaning the surface and a coat of applied bituminous shalitex primer @ 0.30 lit per sqm evenly on roof surface and a coat of hot bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on primed surface and laying of 3mm thick APP modified polymeric membrane (weight not less than 3 kg/sqm) unrolled and bonded completly to the substrate with side overlap of 75 mm and end overlap of 100 mm and then sealed/fused by flame or bitumen and a coat of hot blown bitumen grade 85/25 @ 1.2 kg/sqm shall be applied on top of APP modified polymeric membrane as per manufacturer instruction and finally it will be finished with a coat of aluminium paint @ 0.20 kg/sqm complete all as specified and as directed .

Dismantling cast iron work/mild steel work of any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed work such as grills gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed blasters, walk ways railings framework of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe-290,Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed .

S & F for steel work as in tubular truss including special shaped washer etc complete using ERWw or induction butt weld ed tubes confirming to IS 1161-1979 Gde St-240,including gusset plate pole etc complete all as specified and as directed .

Fixing and errection only steel work as in tubular truss and like etc complete using erw or induction butt welded tubes angles etc complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering / cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws in single length complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in ridge fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.
