Overhauling to the unserviceable compressor Semi Sealed type capacity 25 Ton (Make: Carrier) By opening, dismantling of compressor, necessary machining / mechanical repair work etc and replacement of wornout spare parts for smooth functioning of compressor, reassembling and testing for satisfactory operation all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. The spare parts & other items required for replacement shall be measured and paid under Sch 'A' item No.2.00 to 2.14 separately under supply only rates. The spare parts which are not mentioned but are required for smooth and proper functioning / operation of compressor are deemed to include in the unit job. (ii) Cost of PVC pipe for draining out the condensated water shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (iii) Quantity of copper tube with insulated material for the complete job shall deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (iv) Factory made MS bracket shall deemed to be included in quoted rates. (v) Additional quantities of refrigerant if required at site shall be charged by the contractor without any extra cost.
