Oil Bound Distemper: Oil Bound washable distemper of approved brand and comforming to IS:428 shall be used the primer where used as on new work shall be cement primer or distemper primer.The primer coat has dried for at least 48 hours,the surface shall be lightly sand papered to make it smooth for receiving the distemper,taking care not to rub out the priming coat.All loose particles shall be dusted off after rubbing.One coat of distemper diluted with thinner as stipulated by the manufacture shall be applied with brushes with horizontal strokes followes immediately by the verticle ones which together consitute one coat.The subsequent coats shall be applied in the same way two or more coats of distemper shall be applied over the primer coat to obtain an even shade.

Providing and applying 100% heat insulating & thermal resistant,high quality ,decorative external emulsion paint coating of approved make (Asian Apex),Burger (Weathercaat),Nerolac (Excel) etc. including a priming coat on the surface and applying by brush two subsequent coats of paint of approved shade, colour,texture & design.The rate shall include erection of scaffolding at all levels,applying three coats at an interval of 4-6 hours between each coat etc.
