RCC Jacketing of Service Reservoirs and other allied works at Gandtal for WSS Syedpora Darbagh and other spring based schemes of Syedpora UTCAPEX/JKIDFC

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centring and shuttering. All work upto plinth level with:

1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Pumping out water caused by springs, tidal or river seepage, broken water mains or drains and the like.

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts upto floor five level including curing but excluding cost of centering shuttering, finishing and reinforcement.

1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete above plinth level : Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Dismantling dressed stone work ashlar face stone work, marble work or precast concrete work manually/by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 meters lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge:

Laying in position centrifugally cast (spun) iron S&S or flanged pipes (excluding cost of pipe)

Providing push-on-joints to Centrifugally (Spun) Cast Iron Pipes or Ductile Iron Pipes including testing of joints and including the cost of rubber gasket.

Providing/ fixing of DI sluice valve (PN 10) including cost of nuts, bolts, rubber washer/ insulation etc. of ISI marked standard make (Kirloskar / Vag) or equivalent make including all sorts of carriage upto site of work, complete and providing of check certificate from the standard manufacturer.

Providing and fixing of 6mm thick MS pipe specials like MS bends/ tees/ nipples etc. as per requirement. The Job includes manufacturing, fabricating, fixing in position, cutting all carriages men & machinery all charges complete as per the directions of Engineer Incharge

12mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 4 ( 1 cement : 4 fine sand)

Carriage of materials from divisional store/ source upto dumping / actual site of work including loading, unloading, stacking etc. complete by Mechanical transport.
