Taking down any type HPSV/MV/MH fittings of any wattage and supply, installation, testing and commissioning of integral driver LED street light 70 watt with a nominal system lumen output of 7200 lumens and a minimum system efficacy of 90 lumen/watt including connecting 3 core copper cable of suitable size from junction box to light fitting. The luminaire shall have rated system lifetime of 50,000 burning hours. before reaching at L70. The luminaire should have cool white colour temperature (CCT > 5000K) and a CRI >70. The luminaire shall meet IP 66 rating & IK07, rating with THD < 20% & PF > 0.9 and made of pressure die cast aluminium with 10KV built-in SPD with PC cover having top cover driver compartment. Make : Havells Endura Peal plus or equivalent in Philips/ GE Lighting.

Taking down of HPSV/MV/MH flood light and supply and fixing LED flood light fittings 70 watt die cast aluminium IP 65 with integral LED driver inside highly efficient complete including connecting copper cable 3 core of suitable size from junction box to light fitting and fixing arrangement on pole complete all as directed. Make : Havells JETA FLARE 70 or equivalent in Philips/ GE Lighting.

S&F in repair street light junction box with thermoplastic, IP 65 cable junction box with metric knockouts on all sides for cable entry size: 200 x 160 x 98 mm as directed duly fitted with followings:-

One number DIN Rail (35 mm).

Four numbers ELMEX or equivalent make connector of 10 sqmm.

One number ELMEX or equivalent make end plate.

Two numbers ELMEX or equivalent make end clamps.

One number MCB SP 6 amp, 10 KA, 'C' series of Legrand make (cat ref no 408587) or equivalent in Hager or Schneider as approved.

Note : LT cable joints to be measured and paid separately.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep for laying of cables, pipes, foundation for poles etc., and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in not exceeding 25 cm thick complete.

Removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point as directed.

M&L for sand filling in trenches with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables complete.

Supplying and laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches over sand for cable protection complete.

Excavation in post holes in any type of soil not exceeding 0.5 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth in layers not exceeding 25 cm watering and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and making good surface complete.

PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in base (0.60 m dia x 0.15 m height).

PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in foundation filling (0.60 m dia x 1.5 m height).

PCC (1:2:4) type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in coping (0.60 m dia x 0.45 m height).

Pole cap 0.30 m long externally fitted on pole top duly welded with a light grade ISI marked GI pipe bracket 1.5 m long for mounting street light fitting.

Painting with aluminium paint one under coat, one finishing coat over a coat of red oxide primer and making alternate colour bands of black & white colours in 30 cms width upto a height of 1.5 m from pole coping with synthetic enamelled paint complete.

M&L earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x6.3mm thick buried directly under ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below ground level with top edge of the plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below ground level connected to and including galvanized iron wire 4.0 mm not exceeding 7.5meters for each earth without protection pipe, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts, and washers made out of GI all as shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part I to the extent applicable to this item including necessary making PCC pit of size 0.3 m x 0.3 m x 0.3 m (inner size) in mix 1:3:6 type C1 with RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick cover reinforced with 6 mm dia MS bars 3 Nos both ways with lifting hook made out of 6 mm dia bar and testing on completion to achieve value complete all as specified and directed.
