Demolition of cement concrete unreinforced in ground floors, kota stone, granite flooring, tiles flooring,paver block and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins arches, pillers etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal unserviceable materials, debris and rubbish to a distance not exceeding 100m complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Racking out joints/pointing in random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought up to courses built in cement mortar complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L walling of random rubble, un-courses, well bonded bedded & solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate cast in situ in lintels up to 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water through and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including use of form work (straight or curved) complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement plaster, wall tiling including bakcing etc from brick/stone walls/concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick plaster in cement mortar(1:4) on stone masonry wall surfaces or fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate to slab supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barded with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or stee pins etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each n exc 0.50 cu.m,getting out,returning,filling on and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around,in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified.

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing wire 3mm dia and size of mesh 50mm x 50mm complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of water storage tanks of RCC/PVC/Plastic/Over head tanks/stainless steel tanks exc 250 ltr but not exc 500 ltr capacity. All internal and external sides of water tanks shall be properly cleaned, internal walls of water tank, bottom, side walls, internal openings, partition walls, bottom of top slab, haunch surfaces etc. shall be cleaned with Pressure Jet. Cleaning operation shall involve:- 1. Dewatering of water tanks: Contractor shall bring own arrangement for dewatering pump, suitable piping till nearest drain etc. as instructed by Engineer-in-Charge. 2. Cleaning and removal of algae from bottom, side walls, partitions, internal openings etc. with cleaning of scrubber with cleaning detergent suitable for tank cleaning without damaging tank surface and waterproofing etc. and final cleaning of tank with water. 3. All the operations should be executed by trained workers and technicians. 4. Any damages to water tank, fixtures & fittings during cleaning operation shall be repaired/replaced with materials by the contractor with no cost to Govt. 5. Date of cleaning shall be written with synthetic enamel paint on water tank.

S&F in repairs 20mm dia ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brassed ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 20mm bore gun-metal, globe or gate valves cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 25mm bore gun-metal, globe or gate valves cast copper alloy, screwed down, high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle screwed both ends for iron pipe or for union complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of old plastered/unplastered wall surface including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scraping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of cement base paint upto 15m height, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint on newly plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.
