S&F in replacement of water pressure gauge of Bourden’s type upto 150 mm dia with pressure range of 0 to 10 Kg/Sqcm on rising main water supply line including fixing arrangement , GI tubing nipple stop cock making holes by drilling and welding of socket complete all as specified.

M & L incl dismantlling for construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 100 x100x100 cm (internal dimension)of sub class 'B' brick built in cement mortar ( 1:4 ) on 200 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 nn graded aggregate as in foundation including PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in bedding and coping, 15 cm thick cement plastering in cm (1:4) internally and externally upto 15 cm below ground level and providing valve pit cover with 3 mm thick MS sheet welded with 40 X 40 mm X 6 mm angle iron frame fixed on top surface of pit wall on edge of the cover and hinged in one side and providing locking arrangement including complete painting of the corner with two coats of synthetic enamel over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for taking up and down and refixing the same including excavation in any type of soil for cleaning detection of leakage and blockage of GI Pipe any size including breaking of PCC floor/ tiled surface of required area or removing PCC interlocking tiles or any type of flooring complete including returning filling in and removal of surplus mud / soil after taking out leaked water from pit not more than 1.5 m deep and making it dry and making good surface as previous complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i)Upto 12 Rm digging will consider as 1 Each Job (ii)Rate is including earth works and all type of GI fitting like bends, elbows, union, sockets, reducer and short length of GI pipe with suitable flanged if required etc. as per site requirement.

M & L for taking up and down and refixing the same including excavation in any type of soil for cleaning and detection of leakage of CI/DI Pipe any size including breaking of PCC floor/ tiled surface of required area or removing PCC interlocking tiles or any type of flooring complete including returning filling in and removal of surplus mud / soil after taking out leaked water from pit not more than 1.5 m deep and making it dry and making good surface as previous complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Upto 5 Rm digging will consider as 1 Each Job (ii) Rate is including earth works.(iii) DI/CI Fitting Shall be measured and paid seperately in respective items.

Disconnecting and taking out existing centrifugal pump set of any capacity, electric driven 3 phase 415 volt including transporting to workshop and Re-fixing in the same position after repair all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note Spare parts shall be measured and paid seperetlyas per relevent items.

M&L, for Rewinding of 3 phase squirrel cage induction motor after disconnecting motor from pump and dismantling the motor, taking down burnt winding wire of field coil and rewinding of field coil for suitable size of super enameled copper winding wire with necessary insulation materials including and necessary connection etc all as specified and directed of the following sizes:-

Supply and fix in repair of following parts for existing centrifugal pump set electric driven 3 phase 415 volt 40/25/15/10/7.5 HP having discharge. NOTE: - Contractor shall take proper precautions while lifting out and removing pump set from bore well so as to avoid any damage to column pipe and submersible cable. All necessary T&P and equipments required for lifting out pump set etc shall be arranged by the contractor at his own cost

Dismantling and strip opening of submersible pump & motor of any description and in any position for servicing /overhauling, cleaning, oiling/greasing, fixing of serviceable parts in position, removing & replacement of defective/unserviceable parts with new parts, reassembling the Pump & motor, ensuring proper alignment of pump and motor, fixing in position, connecting to existing system and testing at site on full load to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge for the following capacities pumps & motors :-(a) 20 to 25 HP, three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply Note :- Speare parts will paid seperately under relivent items

Supply and replaceing the following U/S items/parts upper & lower rubber housing bush, stainless steel rotor sleeve and thurst bearing complete of AC submersible motor of any description & any capacity, all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Machining, grinding balancing and reconditioning work for the Rotor, stator item & capacities of the submersible motors of any description, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out & removing old burnt out windings of the submersible electric motors of following capacity and rewinding of submersible electric motors with existing size PVC insulated, copper conductor as approved by the engineer-in-charge including cleaning the slots with carbon- tetra-chloride solution before rewinding ,transportation to site, fixing etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge:-(a) 10 to 25 HP, three phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, AC supply

Lowering down in borewell of the submersible pump set after repair of any description and any capacity & in any position, in bore well alongwith column pipe and submersible cable of any size (approximately 50mtr depth of pump set from GL) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge including making necessary electric connections & testing the pump set after lowering. S&F in repair 6 Sqmm, 3 Core, flat submersible Cable, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed with multi-stranded copper conductors, 1100 Volt grade, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking Down of FPC type Solar water heating system,complete with heat exchanger of any capacity ,with electrical heating back up,complete all as specified and directed. Note: During Taking down any type of damages repair will be done by the contractor without any extra cost.

Supply and Installation in replacement of solar hot water tank of capacity upto 500 Ltrs made of 1 mm SS304Fins of Solar water heating system ,Flat plate collector type ,with heat exchanger of upto 500 litre per day capacity ,with electrical heating back up,complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for solar water heater of existing capacity including checking serviceability of FPC and ETC panel choking cleaning and adding heat transfer, chemical( glycol) suitable grade with top up of suitable capacity ,replacement of defective items such evacuted tube, flat plate, nuts, washer, gasket, end bracket, insulation, reflectro of any size, complete all as specified and directed. Note: Flate plate collector and Evacuted tube collector measured and paid seprately.

Supply and laying in replacement of fixing or passing through pipe, 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable with PVC insulated aluminium conductor served with an inner sheathing of PVC or tape and overall PVC sheathed 2x6 sq. mm nominal cross section in service connections,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying in replacement of synthetic rubber insulated mats 2.5 mm thick for voltage upto 11kv for Centrifugal electrical pump purpose aas per IS 15652-2006 (Superseding IS 5424) suitable for electric shock safety 2mx1m complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of drinking of water through tanker /bouser for domestic use including transportation from source to U/G sump / MD Accn / OTM as per site required in Sector 'A' (Fathegunj Area) under GE (Army) Baroda. The water should have th following main factors :- (a) Water should be clear and from all suspended matters both Hyganic & inorganic matter. (b) Water should be free from taste and odour. (c) Water should be colour less and no vegetable stain should be present. (d) water should be soft that it should not contain dissolved impurties like calcium or magnesium bacarbonate and Sulphates. (e) Water shoud be soft and shuold be free from all pathogenic organism causing diseases. (f) Copy of gate entry at guard room with vehicle No date and time shall be submitted duly defaced by Engr-in-Charge in charge before claiming payment . (g) Water will be supplied within triple story through motor with pipe is responsiblity of the contractor. Note :- Portable Water will be supplied by supplier.

M&L for removing weeds and wild grass inside the installations using chemical spray and trimming trees and unwanted plants using petrol operated Tree/Grass cutting tools and dressing of the surface by scrapping high patches and filling low patches with the scrapping soil to give an even and neat look to the site and disposing off all the unwanted grass, bushes and debris all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for bacteriological and chemical analysis of water sample at govt approved lab (Iso 9001:2008) including collecting sample from different pumphouse using labed owned sample jar all directed and specfied by Enginner-in-charge. Note: (i) Water sample report shall be submitted to Concern Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine including HDPE pipe of upto 450 mm dia suitable for 0.4 mpa working pressure.
