Demolition of brick or stone/concrete blcok/stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone works and precast cement articles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/ slabs /blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of timber scantling fillets, rails, posts rafters, purlins etc under 40 Sqcm, in any position as in unframed work, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of plain cement concrete (Un-reinforced) in of any description and in any position including disposal of old materials to a distance exceeding 500 M but not exceeding 1.0 KM, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of PCC (un-reinforced) in ground floors & pavings n.exc 15 CM thickness below or above ground level, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of floor hearth and wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing serviceable like to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild ssteel work of any description not otherwise provided for doors/structural steel work.

Taking down chowkats or frame shutter(without taking off shutter from the frame) not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down chowkats or frame shutter(without taking off shutter from the frame) but exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutters of any description exceeding 1 Sqm but not exceeding 2 Sqm each, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth, for foundation, etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manhole, pier holes etc not exceeding 10 Sq m on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Removing surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Hardcore of brken stone or boulder gauge n.exc 63 mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15 cm thick , watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for stone masonry walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, bulit in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Precast cement concrete block masonry type C-1, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) with solid blocks exceeding 10cm in width and set in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required inclduing cranking bending spirally for hooping ends and binding with and incl mild steel wire (annelaed) not less than 0.90 mm dia or securing with clips.

Use & waste form work to soffits of suspended slabs, such as roof slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200 mm thick with rough finished flat surfaces of concrete, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Formwork to side of pillars posts struts piers, columns and stanchinons etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone agg) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete, all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300x200x7 mm thick on vertical surface such as in dado/skirting/risers to steps etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the shade of tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel water tubing 15 mm bore of pipe and connections, including cleaning for reuse if found serviceable or removal to store , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking up or down steel water tubing 20 mm bore of pipe and connections, including cleaning for reuse if found serviceable or removal to store, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair Bib cock 15 mm bore chromimium plated, brass with wall flanges, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing fancy type stop cock 15mm bore chromium plated, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC connections 15 mm size with PTMT nuts of length 600 mm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs stainless steel squatting pan, Orissa Pattern size 580mm x 440mm with integral foot rest and ‘P’ or ‘S’ trap , front or back inlet but excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe including placing in position and embedded lean/lime concrete bedding,complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair PVC low level flushing cistern 10 Ltr capacity with & including brackets for fixing to walls and PVC flush pipe of LDPE pipe of pressure rating 6 kgf/ sq.cm, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixed in repairs Vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550X400 mm including waste pipe, bracket and cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or errecting stand but excluding taps, chain and plug, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
