Tightening of all parts/joints of entire Chair Easy with bamboo pins.

Removing of unserviceable/broken parts of Chair dining cushion of size 450x400x770mm without damaging of other parts of chair, supply and fixing new parts made out of 1st class hard wood teak as shown on drg and specified.(Drg No FD/MAP-II/04)

12mm thick MR Gde Plywood seat with cushion and Tapestory cloth. Cushion/Foam shall be 75mm thick of 32 density, (Tapestory cloth shall not be less than Rs. 250/- per RM).

Supply and fixing only seat cover to tapestory cloth (Tapestory cloth shall be not less than Rs. 250/- per RM).

Chair easy cushion (Drg No CCE/KLP/26)

Removing of old/unserviceable seat with cushion of size 650x650x750mm from chair easy cushioned and S&F new seat with cushion of size 650x650x750mm duly upholsted with tapestry cloth of approved shade as per sample. Foam shall not be less than 100mm thick of make:- Kulon/Sleepwell/Cor-foam.

All as per Srl. Item No. 7.01 here-in-before but back of chair easy cushion.

Removing of old/unserviceable teapestry cloth of side arms of size 575x350mm and S&F new tepsestry cloth to side arms of size 575x350mm of approved shade or as per sample kept in furniture yard of GE, Dehu Road. (Cloth shall be not less than Rs. 250/- per RM).

Removing the old cane from various chairs and recanning with new half round 2mm wide plastic cane (Godrej/Gwalier pattern) and border with 3mm wide plastic cane. (Plastic cane shall be of white colour of Make: Shah/Premier/ Maharashra Poly Cane) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Drg No FD-229, FD-279 & FD-280)

Taking down and removing the old cane from seat and back of Chair Verandah and recanning with new half round 4mm wide plastic cane in oval shape with mat pattern . (Plastic cane shall be of white colour of Make: Shah/Premier/ Maharashra Poly Cane) complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(Drg No FD-359)

Supply and fixing of PVC seat and back 4mm thick to Chair verandah after removing old/broken PVC seat and back. Weight of 4mm thick seat and back of Chair Verandah is not less than 1.85Kgs each. (Make of seat and back of chair verandah is AMKO/Comfo/Harmony). (Drg No FD/MAP-II/06)

Supply and fixing of 20mm dia 16 guage stiffener conduit pipe with electric welding to seat of chair verandah including made to shape and size with frame and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Drg No FD-359)

M & L for electric welding to broken old frame of chair verandah including preparation of surface and removing the unwanted welding spot all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Drg No FD-359)

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable portions of frame of Chair Verandah with 20mm conduit pipe of wall thickness 1.6mm duly electric welding complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Drg No FD-359)

Supply and fixing in replacement of unserviceable round MS bar between the front legs frame of Chair Verandah with new 10mm round MS bar duly electric welding complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Drg No FD-359)

Supply & fixing in replacement of 100mm thick flexipuff/ U Foam cushion of 40 density of Make:- Sleepwell/Cor-foam/ Kurl-on, covered with new tapestory cloth (not less than Rs 250/- per running mtr) of sofa set complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- charge.(Drg No FD-373)

Supply & fixing in replacement of unserviceable sofa set cushion cover with new cushion cover of tapestory cloth as per sample complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in- charge(Taperstory cloth shall not be less than Rs 250/- per RM) .(Drg No FD-373)

Taking down and removing the tapestory cloth and unserviceable cushion foam of seat and back of Sofa Set 5 Seater (3+1+1) and upholstory with new tapestory cloth (not less than Rs. 350/- per RM) and 32 density new cushion to sofa Set complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Cushion / Foam shall be of make: Sleepwell/Kurl-on/Cor-Foam) (Drg No TP, KLP)

M & L painting to frame of chair verandah with white synthetic enamel paint including preparation of surface. (after removing of the cane) and provide 04 Nos PVC shoes of white colour to legs of chair Verandah as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Drg No FD-359)

Material and labour for French polishing to chair Easy after removing the old polish with emery paper with grinder machine and prepration of wooden surface by providing putty and burnt seina and scrubbing with emery paper upto smooth surface including preparation of old polished surfaces and provided 04 Nos nylon buffers with steel screw to legs of chair easy complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.(Drg No FD-229 & CCE/KLP/26)
