Taking down old unserviceable Asbestos Cement (AC) pressure pipe of 150mm dia incl all fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old unserviceable Asbestos cement (AC) pressure pipe of 100mm dia incl all fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down old u/s pipelines CI/MS of size 80mm dia including all fittings, complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr depth for laying of cables / pipes etc and getting out in hard / dense soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in any type of soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 150 mm bore Ductile Iron Pipes centrifugally cast (spun) including jointing in standard length, Socket and spigot ends, Class "K9" conforming to IS 8329-2000 (latest version) in any length laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and laying 100 mm bore Ductile Iron Pipes centrifugally cast (spun) including jointing in standard length, Socket and spigot ends, Class "K9" conforming to IS 8329-2000 (latest version) in any length laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 80 mm bore Ductile Iron Pipes centrifugally cast (spun) including jointing in standard length, Socket and spigot ends, Class "K9" conforming to IS 8329-2000 (latest version) in any length laid in trenches, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix DI fittings (pressure class K-9) such as bends, (any type, radius and angle), Tapers any type (straight bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc) Tee piece single branch "Y" junction double branch, cross (all socket or socket and spigot) collars, caps and plugs of size up to 150 mm bore confirming to IS 9523-2000, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down old unserviceable GI pipe 80 to 100 mm dia including all fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 3 layer (inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked, IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) and PP-R plain fittings in trenches / walls / cellings or laying in floors complete all of size with outer dia 90 mm, including fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay 3 layer (inner antimicrobial, outer UV stabilized) ISI marked, IS-15801, PP-R pipes SDR 7.4 (PN-16) and PP-R plain fittings in trenches / walls / cellings or laying in floors complete all of size outer dia 75 mm, including fittings, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair CI sluice valve of 150 mm dia, double flanged conforming to IS 14846 PN 1.6, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair CI sluice valve of 100 mm dia, double flanged conforming to IS 14846 PN 1.6, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair CI sluice valve of 80 mm dia, double flanged conforming to IS 14846 PN 1.6, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair Cast Iron Air Valves with Two Air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 80 mm dia bore and fixing up in DI Water supply mains of size 150 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair PP-R Gate valves (brass insert) of size 63 to 90 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Making connection of PP-R distribution branch with PP-R main of 63 to 90 mm sizes by providing and fixing tee including cutting and making fusion joint etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair CI non return valve of 150 mm dia, double flanged conforming to IS 8321 Part-I PN 1.6, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition & dismantling of cement concrete in ground floors and paving for making trench for laying Pipe including removing the debris from the site, complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C1, using 20 mm grade stone aggregate for filling the pavings / trenches / foot path etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Brickwork with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straright or corved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:4 including 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Construction of valve chamber of size (1.00mtrx1.00mtrx1.00mtr) including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 foundation, brick work in CM (1:6) plastring internal surface 15 mm thick in CM (1:4) PCC (1:3:6) type C1 coping 50 x50x6 mm angle iron 3 mm thick MS plate cover complete with locking arrangement painting steel and iron surface with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying in repairs GI tubes medium grade galvanized with and including all fittings & fixtures laid in trenches ISI marked 40 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs gun metal globe or gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed ISI marked 40 mm dia, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & laying tubes medium grade galvanized with and including all fittings & fixtures laid in trenches /walls ISI marked 100 mm bore, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as a base foundation/Copping for the pipe lines/branch pipe/fire landing pipe etc including one coat of white wash and necessary form work complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be inclusive of removing the damaged PCC base foundation, levelling surface as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
