(A) Civil Works: Erection of German Technology Alluminium Structure as per Manufacturer Specification with PVC Tensile Fabric fitted to frames with necessary cross bracing. Wind tie & Struts as necessary. (All materials are contractor's property.)

Fitting & fixing PVC fire restrant tarpolin over the steel roof truss frame and plastic rope netting and tying the tarpaulin with plastic rope with the frame including carriage of materials at site and removing the same after the function as directed and specified (All the materials are contractors properly)

Kutchi design cloth decoration in ceiling of the pandal and side decoration of the pandal with kutchi design cloth etc. complete as directed.(All the materials are contractors property)

Providing view cutter with heavy duty rope over the tarpolin roofing,walling etc.complete as directed.

Construction of Stage of 2.00 m high with 50mm dia steel pipe fixing with cross pipe with bolt and nut. The post are at a distance of 1.20m apart and the platform with……..steel frame, staircase as directed by the deptt. (All the materials are contractors property)

Hiring, installation/erection, fitting and fixing of wooden flooring (size 0.15x0.35) & 19mm thick ply board with nety nail, screws etc. including carriage of materials manpower at site etc complete in all respect for entire hangeer area.

Providing fitting and fixing temporary steel barricading of 1.2m height as per specification complete.

Printing, framing and fixing flex including local carriage etc. complete as directed including cost of dismantling after the function is over. (All the dismental materials will be contractor's property as the salvage value is considered)

Providing Partition wall using 6 mm Ply and bothside printed flex in steel frame of height 2.42 mm and including pvc door with fittings for attached toilet and 1 wooden door for room.

Providing Sanitary & Water Supply Installation for One Room with attached toilets etc. as directed by the department.

Construction of pandal made with bhaluka bamboo post 100mm to 150mm dia and salball post of various length from eve point ridge 7.7 m (all the materials are contractors properly)

Providing bamboo barricade to satisfy the requirement to ensure proper security by making the field semi circular and other lines as per requirement and plotting the position with line marking sector wise as per drawing digging holes for foixing the round post (minimum dia 75mm) in proper position (including return filling properly) at a distance of 1.5m. the size of post being 1.95m (1.2 m above ground and 75 m below ground and grooving properly for existing of horizontal round bamboo railing (minimum dia 75mm) brought to proper shape filling at a distance 45 cm above ground in lines and tying regularly with coir rope as per requirement of security at required points including local carriage of materials within with two coats of lime washing as per direction and dismantling and removal of materials after function ( bamboo an coir rope are contractors property)

Hiring and installation of grass carpet including carriage as directed by the deptt.

Hire charge of red carpet including carriage as directed by the deptt.

Providing/Erection of Bamboo Gate (Welcome-Gate) by bhaluka Bamboo Post including fitting fixing by Cocunut coir with cloth decoration rate.

Excavation, supplying and filling of local earth including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in trenches, plinth sides of foundation etc. complete.
