RAW WATER PUMPING MACHINERY & ELECTRICAL WORK

Supply, installation, testing and commisssioning of vertical turbine pumpsets with allied equipment as under (Please refer to Section 5,Sl. 2.4 of SBD)

Vertical Turbine Pump -: Supplying, installation, testing & commissioning of Vertical Turbine Pump conforming IS:1710, [make: Kirloskar / WPIL / Mather & Platt], capable of discharging 79.90 LPS against a head of 45m consisting of bowl assembly, bronze impellers, stainless steel pumpshaft and line shaft, column assemblies of 1.5m length and with 9mm thick MS fabricated column assembly, with strainers, prelubri-cation tank, Non reverse ratchet coupling, pressure gauge, required size of sluice valve and non-return valve & all accessories.

Induction Motor -: Above mention pump shall be coupled with squirrel cage induction motor (IE3) conforming IS:325 and IS:12615 having 15% more BHP than that of pump, operating on 3 Phase, 415V, 50Hz with 1500 rpm [make: Kirloskar/ Crompton Greaves/ABB].
