Proposed furnishing of newly constructed Van Bhawan at Chaibasa

Compactor: Provision set of one bay Supply & installation of Compactor comprising of one fixed unit & 7 movable unit. Its size 1980 mm. H × 1830 (W) × 457 mm (D). Overall height of Compactor – 1980 mm body + 120 mm base frame + 30 mm track & moving clearance.The body must be made of prime quality CRCA sheet of 0.8 mm thick material conforming to IS 513. Shelves shall be made of CRCA sheet of 0.8 mm and the load bearing capacity of each shelf must be 60 to 70 kgs.Each body must have 5 compartments with 4 adjustable shelves. Protective Rubber/PVC studs shall be provided in between bodies to avoid any chance of damages and minimize noise emission and prevent scratches during movement of respective bays. The base frames must be powder coated and fabricated in 'C' Channel from HR sheet conforming to IS 2062 / IS 1079 & thickness of channel is HR 16G (1.6 mm).The guide rails must be made of 32 × 16 mm bright flat housed in a 'C' Channel made of 2 mm thick HR sheet (conforming to IS 2062 / IS 1079). It has flanges on either side with ball bearing for free movement of compactor bodies. Guide rail is provided with stopper to stop derailment of unit and it is fixed on ground by grouting bolt. The drive mechanism must be working on chain sprocket system and special grade anti-friction bearing to have smooth and effortless movement. Each mobile Units must have 6 Nos. of mild steel wheels. Each wheel must be provided with a pair of self aligned ball bearings. The drive mechanism comprises of sprocket chain type arrangement. The drive mechanism must be provided on the external front side of the Compactor. The Compactor must have anti-topple system to prevent the body from toppling and act as a safety device. The system must be provided locking on the last unit in such a way as to ensure that when all the Units are brought together and lock is operated it does not allow access to the Unit. Aisle space inside of Units must be approx 650 mm. Sheet metal indexes must be provided.On each front panel of the Compactor units for easy identification and retrieval. The Compactor shall be supplied and installed as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Polycarbonate Shed: Providing, Fabrication & Erection of M.S. frame in the shape of Hip Roof Gazebo style shed, covered with 4 mm thick solid Polycarbonate Sheet. All the joints of Polycarbonate Sheet shall be joined with appropriate Aluminium profile with provision of EPDM Gasket. The M.S. frame shall be made of 100 mm × 50 mm R.H.S. M.S. profile. Wind pressure calculation must be followed while construction of M.S. frame. All the joints shall be filled with weatherproof silicon sealant to protect from rain water leakage. All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

WORK STATION: Providing & fixing WORK STATION comprising of work top, side credenza, side and front low height partition with provision of soft board and white board. Partition should have cable duct and provision of two nos. power switch & socket. The size of work top shall be 1275 mm(W) × 600 mm(D) × 750 mm (H) and shall be made of 19 mm thick plywood laminated with 1 mm mica with balancing laminate of 0.8 mm mica on the back. All edges shall be binded with 2 mm thick PVC edge binder with matching design and colour, duly trimmed.The size of side credenza shall be 900 mm (W) × 400 mm (D) × 700 mm (H) with provision of 2 Nos. drawers, one cupboard with shutter and one open storage box with shelf. The drawer must have locking arrangement.The side credenza shall be made of 19 mm thick plywood on top, sides, bottom, shelves and shutter, and 6 mm thick plywood on the back. All exposed surfaces shall be laminated with 1 mm mica and all internal surfaces shall be laminated with 0.8 mm thick mica. The drawer must run on soft close channels.The front partition of size 1275 mm × 1200 mm × 62 mm and side partition of size 1500 mm × 1200 mm × 62 mm shall be made with 50 × 25 mm aluminium profile frame and covered with 6 mm thick plywood on both sides, duly laminated with 1 mm mica. It shall be fixed with the work top and side credenza to create the work station.The work shall be completed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

SIGNAGE: Providing & fixing electromagnetic coated stainless steel sheet signage of any approved colour. The height of letters shall be minimum 25 mm and fixed with S.S. nuts and bolts, complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Acrylic Signage:Providing & fixing Acrylic Signage with provision of light, fixed with S.S. nuts & bolts.

Auto Glow Signage: Providing & fixing Auto Glow Signage of any colour and size, fixed with S.S. screws.

VENEER WALL PANELLING: Supplying, fitting & fixing all height wall panelling with 12 mm thick waterproof plywood on 50 mm × 25 mm aluminium section. All exposed plywood surfaces shall be laminated with 4 mm thick Veneer (Sapeli / Vesna Teak / American Walnut). The veneer surface shall be polished with melamine spray polish. The panelling work shall be carried out as per the design provided by the Consultant and completed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

ROLLER BLINDS Supply and installation of Roller Blinds complete with mounting arrangement, bracket system for installation of functional Blackout Fabric Roller Blinds. The roller blinds shall have matching colour cassette unit with operating mechanism. A pull tab shall be provided at the bottom of the fabric. The fabric shall have a weight of 260 GSM with suitable light blocking percentage of the outer layer.The work shall be complete in all respects as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

EXECUTIVE WORK STATION: Supplying & fixing Executive Work Station comprising of work top, side credenza, back file storage unit and pedestal units, and front & side low height partition. The size of work top shall be 1800 mm (W) × 900 mm (D) × 750 mm (H) and made of 19 mm thick plywood laminated with 1 mm mica and balancing laminate with 0.8 mm mica on the back. All edges shall be binded with 2 mm thick PVC edge binder, duly trimmed. Edge binder shall be matching design and colour. The size of side credenza shall be 900 mm (W) × 400 mm (D) × 700 mm (H) with provision of 2 Nos. drawer unit, one no. cupboard with provision of shutter and one no. open storage unit with provision of shelf. The drawer must have locking arrangement. The Side Credenza shall be made of 19 mm thick plywood on top, sides, bottom, shelves and shutter, and 6 mm thick plywood on the back. All exposed surface shall be laminated with 1 mm mica and all internal surface shall be laminated with 0.8 mm thick mica. All edges shall be binded with 2 mm thick PVC edge binder with matching color and design. The back file cabinet should be size 2400 mm × 400 mm × 700 mm. Shall be made of 19 mm thick plywood on top, bottom, sides, partition, shelves, shutter, and 6 mm thick plywood on back. All exposed surfaces shall be laminated with 1 mm mica, and internal surfaces laminated with 0.8 mm mica. All edges shall be binded with 2 mm thick PVC edge binder. Matching colour & design. Pedestal Unit of size 450 mm × 600 mm × 700 mm shall be provided with three (03) drawers. The unit shall be made of 19 mm thick plywood. All exposed surfaces shall be laminated with 1 mm thick mica, and all internal surfaces shall be laminated with 0.8 mm thick mica. All exposed edges shall be finished with 2 mm thick PVC edge binder of matching colour and design. The front partition of size 2400 mm × 1200 mm × 62 mm and side partition of size 2400 mm × 1200 mm × 62 mm shall be made with 50 × 25 mm aluminium profile frame and covered with 6 mm thick plywood on both sides, duly laminated with 1 mm mica. It shall be fixed with the work top and side credenza to create the work station.The work shall be completed as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

T.V. CABINET: Supply and fixing wall-mounted T.V. Cabinet of size 1800 mm × 450 mm × 450 mm. The cabinet shall be made of 19 mm thick plywood. All exposed surfaces shall be finished with 4 mm decorative veneer (Sapeli / Vesna Teak / American Walnut). All internal surfaces shall be laminated with 0.8 mm thick mica. The veneer surface shall be polished with melamine spray polish. The model and design shall be as approved by the Engineer-in-Charge. The T.V. panel shall be decorated with curved fluted panel. The complete work shall be executed as per the approved design and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Back Storage & Display Unit: Supplying and fixing Back Storage and Display Cabinet for DFG and AFC Chambers. The size of display and storage cabinet will be 12'-0" × 7'-0" × 1'-6". Cabinet shall be made of 19 mm thick block board, laminated with 4 mm decorative veneer, melamine polished, with provision of glass shutter, glass shelves, locking arrangement and all necessary spotlight arrangement. The design and shade shall be as per approval of the competent authority and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
