OUTSOURCING OF SERVICES FOR STANDBY DG SETS and CERTAIN REPAIRS TO STANDBY DG SETS INCLUDING ALLIED WORKS AT TECHNICAL AREA UNDER AGE (I) RnD NSTL, VISAKHAPATNAM.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maintenance of standby DG sets at NSTL Technical area (1x500KVA ETC and 250KVA Battery section ) including maintaining daily log books, daily up keeping the area & DG set rooms, control panels etc, replacement of burnt minor items with new such as HRC fuses, fuse wires, indication lamps, cable lugs, binding wire, rewirable fuse links etc and carrying out routine maintenance of DG sets with Control panels, NGR Panels and all connected equipments in Technical area complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Minimum manpower to be engaged: One FGM / DES Operator (Semi Skilled) and One Elect (Semiskilled) in General Shift of 08 hours per day on all days excluding Sundays & Public Holidays

M&L for carrying out 'B'check for 500 KVA 440V LT DG set of make: Greaves Cotton as per manufacture's recommendation / particular specification including replacement of necessary spares and replacement of filters such as fuel filter, SLO by-pass filter and lub oil filter complete sets along with rectification of minor defects, and cleaning of air filters/breather, coolant tank with blower and labour for filling/topping up and replacement of Engine oil/coolant and tuning of engine for DG set all as specified and directed. (Note: (i) Rate quoted shall be deemed to be included for cost of all filters mentioned above, distilled water for batteries and minor accessories such as nuts and bolts, 'O' rings etc. (ii) Supply only Engine oil and coolant shall be measured and paid separately.)

All as per item No 2 herein before but for 750 KVA 11 KV HT DG set of Make: Kirloskar

M&L for cleaning the radiator intercooler of LT DG set 500 KVA, 440 Volts by checking and removing the deposited dust, oil welt and carbons and cleaning with forced water with cleaning agents and testing for leaks at inter connectors/couplers/flexible connectors/flexi clamps and making necessary minor repairs to arrest leakages of coolant all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

All as per item No 5 herein before but LT DG set 250 KVA, 440 Volts.

All as per item No 5 herein before but HT DG set 750 KVA, 11 KV.

Supply only Engine oil. (Make: Servo/Valvoline/Castrol)

Supply only the coolant for Cummins make diesel engines. (Cat No. 3167217 fo Cummins/Fleet guard or any other approved make as per OEM)

Supply only K-cool super plus engine coolant for Kirloskar make diesel engines

M&L for carrying out repairs to self starter 24V/12V by replacement of carbon brushes, solenoid, bearings and reassembling the same and testing complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for carrying out repairs to 12/24 volts Alternator/dynamo by replacement of carbon brushes, electronic regulator/ rectifies, bearings reassembling the same and testing complete all as directed

Supply and fix in repairs to controller, Contactors and MCB for AMF panel of DG set of capacity 25 KVA to 250 KVA with necessary modification to control wiring, replacement of control relays etc complete all as directed.

Supply and replace belt tensioner along with ribbed belts for 250 KVA 440V LT DG set as per existing size and model complete all as directed.

Supply and replace V belts for radiator fan/ main shaft/ cam shaft for the DG set of capacity 500 Kva- 750 KVA as per existing size and model complete all as directed.

Supply and Fix lead acid battery 12 V 180Ah complete (Initially charged) and connected to DG sets complete all as directed [Make: Exide/ SF/ Amaron/HBL]

Supply and replacement of fan blade assembly complete with fan blade, pully, bearing all as per sample for DG Set 125 KVA Silent DG set. Make: Greaves/Kirlosker/cummins.

Supply and replace of Fuel pump transfer complete set for 125 KVA Make as per sample.

All as per srl item No 18 above but for Gasket cylinder Head complete.

Supply and replacement of turbo charger complete with Gasket, stud, nut and hexagon flange all as per sample for DG Set 62.5/125 KVA Silent set. Make: Greaves/Kirloskar.
