Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors & wall, laid bedded & pointed in any mortar and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick cement concrete in flooring type B0, 1:2:4 (12.5mm graded aggregate) with liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions for laying floor tiles and directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M&L for non skid colour ceramic tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm, as in floors etc set over and including high performence adhesive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhesive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalnet of pigment matching to tile color including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:4 (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge)

M&L for non skid colour ceramic tile of size 600x600mm, 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile, exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38sqm, as in floors etc set over and including high performence adhesive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhesive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalnet of pigment matching to tile color including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:4 (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge)

M&L for Virified Ceramic tiles 10 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm,as in floors etc set over and including high performence adhesive manufactured by somani ezifix tile adhesive or equivalent mixed in cement as per manufacturer instruction and jointed with polymer modified cementetious grout manufactured by somani ezy grout or equivalnet of pigment matching to tile color including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick for laying floor finishes with CM 1:4 (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge)

M&L for non - skid colour ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, as in skirting etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including backing coat 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Glazed ceramic coloured walls tiles in vertical surfaces 300x450x 6mm to 7 mm thick set over and including rendering on vertical surface of wall or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 to receive wall tiles including necessary adhesive (Tile pattern and decoration may be as suggested by Engineer-in-charge).

M & L for 18 to 20 mm thick machine cut green marbel stone in single piece as in steps and risers, landings, jambs, pillars, window cills, and like laid over cement screed and jointed with base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete including 10 mm thick plastering with cement mortar 1:3 including necessary adhesive complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) n.exc 1.5sqm each complete all as specified and directed.
