1. Certified copy of registration as DTH drilling contractor with GWSSB / GWRDC with self certified

copy of RC book of drilling rig.

Latest Valid registration copy as civil Contractor with minimum “E-1” class & Above appropriate

class, as issued by R&B/ Irrigation/WRD/ GWSSB/CPWD & Other State Govt. department.

2. Affidavit in prescribed format duly notarized on Rs. 300.00 Non Judicial Stamp paper to be

submitted online (Format is enclosed on last page of this volume).

3. PAN CARD of Income Tax.

4. GST Registration Number.

5. Other documents should be scan and upload as per Pre-Qualification criteria of this volume on

of I.M.II Hand pump and construction of C.C. platform as per UNICEF design & drawing with soak

pit and 32 mm NB ISI marked medium duty GI Pipe at diff. villages of Talukas Limkhda, Singvad &

Sanjeli of Dist. Dahod under Different Programme.

3.3 Bidders who already have a valid Digital certificate need not procure a new Digital certificate.

5.0 On line Submission of Tech-bid & price bid.

Bidders can prepare & edit their offers number of times before tender submission's final date &

5.1 time. After tender submission date & time, bidder cannot edit their offer submitted in any case. No

written or online request in this regard shall be granted.

Bidder shall submit their offer i.e. Technical bid and Price Bid in Electronic format on above

mentioned website & before final date of submission shown above after Digitally signing the same.

5.3 Offers submitted without digitally signed will not be accepted.

5.4 Offers (Price bid) in physical form will not be accepted in any case.

6.0 Submission of tender documents.

Bidder shall have to scan all P. Q. Documents and other relevant tender documents properly

6.1 along with tender fee & EMD instruments (for confirmation of EMD and Tender fee) & upload

online along with the bid.

opened online, whose offers have been found to be substantially responsive.

9.2 EMD in the form specified in tender document only shall be accepted.
