Providing and laying rolling of built up spray grout single layer over prepared base consisting of a single layer composite construction of crushed coarse aggregates using motor grader for aggregates. Key stone chips spreader may be used with application of bituminous binder after each layer and with key aggregates placed on top of the second layer in serve as a base, conforming to the line, grades and cross section specified, the compacted layer thickness being 75mm (Seventy five milimetre) as per Technical Specificaion Clause 505 by manual means Bitumen (VG-10) and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying tack coat with Bitumen emulsion (RS-I) on the prepared bituminous surface cleaned with hydraulic brooms and spraying primer @ 0.225 kg. (Zero point two two five kilogram) per square metre using mechanical means as per technical specifications clause No.503 including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 30mm (Thirty milimetre) thick bituminous concrete with 100-120 (One hundred to One hundred twenty) TPH batch hot mix plant producing an average output of 75 Tonne (Seventy five tonne) per hour using crushed aggregates of grading-2, premixed with bituminous binder VG-10 (Viscosity grade ten) @ 5.4 to 5.6 (Five point four to Five point six) percent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specificagtion clause No.507 complete in all respects to entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, de-watering and/or removal of slush and incidentals, lift upto any heights, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs (Three meters) clear from the edge of excavation and then retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter)layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth as directed by the Engineer-in charge, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals. The rate including of octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and vibrated for plain cement concrete in open foundation for all type of structure complete using plain cement concrete grade M-10 (M Ten) nominal mix 1: 3: 6 (One cement isto three sand isto six graded crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size in or under water and curing complete including pumping or bailing out water , dewatering removal of slush as required at site which may arrise at the time of laying under water complete for all heights/ depths including the cost of form work as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 800, 900 and 1200 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental.
