CAT Survey for Pigable Pipelines Carrying out CAT Survey as per Scope of Work (SOW) & Special conditions of Contract (SCC) for Piggable Pipelines at every 50M Interval with Field data analysis at every 500-meter interval by plotting Pipeline Map current v/s Distance on graph sheets / Field computer for immediate on-site review including recording of elevation profile of entire pipeline at 50M as well as depth survey recording at every 50M.

CAT Survey for the Un piggable Pipelines UNPIGGABLE PIPELINES 10" & 6"as per the scope and specifications defined in the tender documents. Carrying out CAT Survey as per Scope of Work (SOW) & Special conditions of Contract (SCC) for Un-Piggable Pipelines at every 10M Interval with Field data analysis at every 500-meter interval by plotting Pipeline Map current v/s Distance on graph sheets / Field computer for immediate on-site review including recording of elevation profile of entire pipeline at 10M as well as depth survey recording at every 10M. The survey shall be carried out as per the instruction of EIC

Excavation and backfilling for defect For defect verification based on Closed Interval Potential Logging (CIPL) Survey, Current Attenuation Test survey (CAT)and Direct Current Voltage Gradient (DCVG) Survey reports including backfilling and restoration. Job includes carrying out Excavation based on Survey reports by locating the pipeline at defect locations using a pipeline locator, excavation of pipeline in all types of soil / rocks, exposing the pipeline and after coating-repair backfilling, including supply of good earth / sand-filling (if required) for the top cover of the pipeline, as per the procedure laid out in the tender document. Excavation and backfilling for the painting of Valves at all the SV /Terminals/IP stations.

Witnessing Dig, Tests & Coating Repair Witnessing of Dig Verification, Coating Peel-off test, performing NDT (UT & MPT) by ASNT Level-II certification & Coating repair as per SCC & SOW defined. (Coating material is in GAIL#s scope).

Validation Surveys for CIPS Carrying out validation surveys for CIPS at identified lengths as per Scope of Work (SOW) & Special conditions of Contract (SCC). Quantity mentioned is tentative and to be carried out as per requirement/instruction of EIC/SIC only

Supply and Application of EPOXY Supply & Application of EPOXY in Valve Pit, SV Pit, Tap-off. The work involves the complete cleaning of the section through Emery-Paper, the area should be coated with solvent free liquid epoxy primer after surface preparation followed by repair of coating. The primer shall be 100% volume solids (solvent free) 2 component epoxy compatible with the repair system as per SCC & SOW. (Any digging involved for executing this SOR item, shall be used/claimed from the Digging SOR).

Final Report Submission Final Report Submission (3 Nos. coloured printed copies for each maintenance bases (Pipeline section wise / maintenance base wise) and delivery of the same at site as well as at HQ-VSPL as per instruction + 128GB Pen Drive (3Nos.) + DVD (3Nos.) at each site) as per SCC, SOW (Maintenance base wise) for entire work/job of CIPS, CAT, DCVG/ACVG, Dig verification, NDT, Excavation & Backfilling, Coating peel-off, Coating repair, Epoxy work etc. Detailed as mentioned in SOW and SCC.
