M&L for cement concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L precast concrete block walling with solid bldg block type C-1 in CM 1:6 complete all as directed and specified.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 ( using 20 mm stone aggregate ) as in coping with 25X15 mm plaster dip mould.

M&L mild steel TMT Bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for column, hooping ends & binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and conforming to Fe-500-D.

All as per Sl item No 6 above but mild steel TMT bars (confoming to De- 500-D) 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders etc complete, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 and applying 10 mm thick roughcast finish after applying the under coat of cement and sand mortar and while it is still in plastic state the roughcast mixture consisting of crushed stone or fine gravel mixed with coarse sand and cement in the ratio of 1: 1: 1 shall be applied and finished even aggregate on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing the surface fair and even.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing the surface fair and even without using extra cement.

M&L for preparation and applying two coats of cement base paint over new plastered surface of wall

Removing excavated material exc 250m but nexc 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in soft / loose soil

S&F Mild steel works with angle iron, flat iron etc as in posts, struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed..

S&F Galvanised 2 stand steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia at barbs 75mm spacing and strainings and fixed to any type of standard rails staning bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvamised mild steel wire stapled or steel pins etc as directed (each line wire to be measured).

M&L for preparing of new steel and iron surfaces of any description exc 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing Broken glass coping on top of walls complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Providing, cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 type B0 as in in benching at bottom of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter

Form work to sides of sides of pillars columns of square or rectangular finished rough

Form work to sooffits and sides of roof beams, lintel band etc finished rough.

M&L for reinforced Design Mix cement concrete M-30 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregateas) as in foundation ,including footings ,foundations beams, plinth beams, bases for columns ,etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced Design Mix cement concrete M-30 (1:2:4) type B1 (20 mm graded crushed stone aggregateas) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finishing the surface fair and even.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 nominal mix type B-1 (Using 20 mm grade aggregate) as in PCC bed for securing posts complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Extra over rendering or plastering for work in isolated widths or in widths not forming part of general plastering such as in bands, or moulding on both side of wall, not exc 15 cm in width or girth.

M&L forming groove of uniform size specified in drawing in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens,nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete as per specifications and
