Excavation in foundation and trenches in earth work soft/Hard rock chessling where blasting is prohibited work lift upto 1.50 mtrs stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs.clear from the edge of the excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm layers when required into plinths sides of foundation etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed within all leads complete in all respect and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Taking earth work @ 80 % with dewatering of total qty. of excavated earth pick work / Jumper work (50 % pick work & 50 % Jumper work).

Taking earth work @ 20 % without dewatering of total qty. of excavated earth in Chieseling in hard rock).

Providing and laying cement concrete using concrete mix of M-10 graded stone aggergate 40 mm nominal size & curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Foundation & Plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens and ballies height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:-

Foundation footings bases of columns etc and mass concrete including plinth beams and columns up to P.L.

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness) portions and the like including attached pilasters buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like in all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete using concrete mix of M-20 graded stone aggergate 40 mm nominal size & curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Foundation & Plinth.

Foundation footings bases of columns etc and like mass concrete .

Wall (any thickness but not less than 0.10 metres thickness) attached pillasters, buttresses plinth & string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Providing mild steel / Tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level. Tor Steel in all leads and lifts.

Hiring of earth cutting/excavating machineries to be deployed for earth cutting/excavating or filling making diversion bandh and channel wherever required including cost of fuel oil lubricants and wages of operational staff any repair breakage during operation will be carried out by the owner at his own risk and cost including shifting of machinery one place to another place at required location. Actual working hours will be accounted for the payment and six hour per day working will required average minimum 20 cum (twenty cum) excavation in all kinds of soil including loading in tippers trucks and disposal of excavated earth in all leads and lifts will have to be ensured one hour working.
