Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5mtr in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying of under ground cable including taking out old brick protection cover complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 250mm in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (soils) not exc. 50.00 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.50 mtr above from starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 (using 40 mm grade stone aggregate) as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm grade stone aggregate) as in coping including form work complete all as specified and directed

Materials and labour for boring of holes of size up to 50mm dia under road without disturbing the top surface of the road and taxiway for passing through the cable complete all as specified and directed Note-Necessary infrastructure required for boring shall by arranged by the contractor and cost of the same included in quoted rates.

Supply, laying, connecting and testing XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed, armoured LT electric power UG cable (heavy duty with stranded aluminum conductor) of size 16 Sqmm, 2 core, 1100 Volts (earthed) grade, confirming to IS-7098 (Part-I) laid through duct/ pipe / in trench etc. with cable glands & suitable size of aluminium lugs including taking down old unserviciable existing cable complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Earth work, brick protection and sand cushioning and GI Pipe Shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with clean and dry river sand for protection of PVC cable with approved sand of uniform thickness. laid dry, filling in trenches and punning down in proper required layers complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Materials and labour for brick protection cover to underground cables with sub class ‘B’ of size 23 X 11.5 X 7.5 cm, (locally available best quality), laid dry and flat abutting Each other with gaps not exceeding 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 11.00 here in before but except brick and -ditto-. Note: Servicicable brick shall be reused obtained from item No 1.00.

Material and labour for flexible FR PVC sheathed multistranded copper cable of 1.5 sqmm, 3 core for connection of security light/ post top light from junction box to security light including taking down unserviceable existing cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 50mm bore GI pipe (light grade) of 2 meter length, making a hole at one end (approx 0.45 meter from end) for passing of flexible round cable, errected on a PCC foundation of size 0.30 x 0.30 x 0.50 meter including necessary earth work for mounting post top lantern after demolition of existing unserviciable GI pipe including foundation complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for painting of LT electric pole, steel tubular swaged pole (9 mtr long) of any size, any pattern with one coat of aluminium paint in full length of the pole and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (upto to 1 mtr length, 1 mtr height of PCC coping) alternatively including numbering the pole serially complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and labour for painting of LT RCC electric pole (9 mtr long) of any size ,any pattern with one coat of cement base paint and marking the pole with black and yellow strip (upto 1 mtr length from ground) alternatively including numbering the pole searially complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair 25 watt post top light fitting made in die-cast aluminium bottom housing and spun aluminium top reflector with decorative clear acrylic diffuser and IP65 protection complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair 60 Watt LED street light fitting made with pressure die cast housing with toughened glass with high powered LED, IP-66, 5700K, 230 Volt complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton Cat No TRP-409-60-57-SL-GL-NSG or equivalent model of Philips / Bajaj / Havells / MAGIK.

Supply and fix in repair 45 Watt LED street light fitting made with pressure die cast housing with toughened glass with high powered LED, IP-66, 5700K, 230 Volt complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton Cat No TRP-409-45-57-SL-NS-GL-NSG or equivalent model of Philips / Bajaj / Havells / MAGIK.

Supply and fix in repair 200 Watt rectangular LED flood light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminum housing with toughened glass and high power LED ,IP- 66, 230 Volt, IP-66, 5700K complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton Cat No CFS-501-200-57-60D-SL-GL-NGG or equivalent model of Philips / Bajaj / Havells / MAGIK.

Supply and fix in repair 10 watt garden light fitting with inverted pyramid type LED bollard with soft 360° light distribution, 5000K, IP-65, 240 Volt, fixed in foundation of sizes 250x250x300mm with PCC 1 (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Crompton Cat No LBLSN-10-CDL or equivalent model of Philips / Bajaj / Havells / MAGIK.

Supply and fix in repair MCB TPN, 415 Volts, 63 amps, "C" series, breaking capacity 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair power contactor 3 pole 65/70 Amps type MNX complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair cable junction box with terminal 130 x 130 x 77 mm in size, for 1.5-4sqmm cable size, made out of thermoplastic sheet having IP-66 protection for outdoor installation fixed with integrated membranes for cable entry complete all as specified and as directed.

Materials and labour for 25mm bore unplasticiscd PVC pipes of pressure rating 10 kgf/cm2 laid in trenches including taking old unserviciable pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised iron pipe 25mm bore (light grade) for protection of cable, laid in trenches / floors / fixing on wall / pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanised iron pipe 40mm bore (light grade) for protection of cable, laid in trenches / floors / fixing on wall / pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PCC / steel tublar pole upto 9.00 meter long, shifting the pole at different location and refixing the pole complete all as specified and directed. Note- Excavation, PCC work will be measured and paid seprately under respective items.

Materials and labour for cross arm bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of zinc chrome primer including dismantling of undersize / defected cross arms of M.S. channel or angle of any sections complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair of automatic street light switch using nature switch for automatic switching of street light based on LUX level on nature light. The infrared sensor based nature switch along with lighting load 5-8 KW, with suitable power contractor and MCBs of suitable rating should be enclosed in pole / wall mountable enclosure made of rust proof, termite proof and FR grade SMC junction Box confirming to IP-54 fixed to pole by using MS clamps fabricated out of 25x3mm thickness, bolts and nuts as required at site and connected to street light over head / under ground feeder astronomical time switch consisting of nature switch- 02 Nos + contractor + MCB etc housed in a pole mountable enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make- Swadeep, Cat No. SWADEEP 02 EC 5 KW 3 phase or equivalent madel of Make Kaktiya Energy System /Havells / Bajaj / L&T / CG. Note- Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for sensor, contactor, incoming- outgoing MCBs, Enclosure etc.
