A. FOR MAIN BARRAGE ( 9.00 M X 6.00 M) 5 NOS.

Replacement and modernization of vertical lift gate , hoists and control of main barrage including design , dismantling, fabrication, fitting and fixing, painting, hoisting shed, ,automation, testing commissioning, etc., complete in all respect as per technical specification ( GTS and PTS ) and scope of work under GTS ( Clause 1.2.1)

Design , Supply and erection of Fixed Wheel Gates as per 1.2.1(a)

Design , Supply and erection of Hoist , control panel etc. as per 1.2.1(b) of TS

Design , Supply and erection of Hoist Supporting structure , hoist sheds etc. as per 1.2.1 ( c ) of TS

Design , Supply , and Installation of Dogging Beam as per 1.2.1 ( e ) of TS

Providing and modernization of stop log gate of main barrage including design, checking existing pier and raft design and reinforcement , pylon column ,gantry crane with lifting Beam,embedment parts, groove adjustment if required, fabrication, fitting and fixing, painting,automation, testing commissioning, etc., complete in all respect including installation of second stage concreting with embedded parts like guide key etc complete as per technical specification ( GTS and PTS ) and scope of work under GTS ( Clause 1.2.2)

Design , Supply and erection of Stoplog as per 1.2.2 (a)

Checking of existing pier and raft design and reinforcement, Design , Supply and erection of Embedded parts including all required civil works, groove works, pylon column and dogging beam etc.complete as per 1.2.2 (b) of TS

B. CROSS REGULATOR ( 2.60 M X 3.30 M) - 3 NOS.

Replacement and modernisation of vertical lift service gate of Cross Regulator including design , dismantling,fabrication, supply, fitting and fixing, painting,hoistingshed,automation, testing commissioning, etc., complete in all respect as per technical specification and scope of work under TS ( Clause 1.2.3)

C. CANAL / OUTLET GATES ( 2.70 M X 2.0 M) - 2 NOS.

Design, Supply, and Installation of shutter/gate of size (2.20x3.20)metre manually operated with the help of Jack and Shaft (excluding the cost of Jack and Shaft) for irrigation outlet canals with accessories like rubber seals, guide shoes etc. Complete as per specification, clause 1.2.5 (a) and drawing.

D. REPAIRING OF HOISTING SHED AT IMPHAL BARRAGE

Dismantling and taking out of existing old decking plate and CGI sheet i/c stacking of serviceable materials for a lift upto 21 metre and lead upto 50 metre as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections framed work in cutting, hoisting, fitting in position and priming coat of red lead paint in gratings,framed guard bars, ladders, railings, brackets and similar works.

Providing and fixing of stiffened Chequered steel plate decking with 6 mm thick M.S. plate i/c cutting, hoisting, positioning, soldering, welding etc. complete.

Trapezoidal Pre-Painted Profile Sheet roofing of approved brand DYNA Roof or equivalent with selt drilling screws of 68 mm long Xylon coated screws with PVC washer & caps complete excluding the cost of purlins & trusses. Profile sheet 0.40 mm 3.2 kgs/Sqm.

Finishing walls with weather shield paint of approved quality on new work ( three or more coats) to give even shade.

E. PROVIDING AND ERECTION OF LIGHTING ARRANGEMENT AT BARRAGE SITE

Supply of 9.0 m steel tubler pole with 1000 mm long single arm bracket pole. Each pole has a weather proof looping/ termination box clamped at 550 mm shall be provided with suitable earth terminatiol. Brakelite sheet shall be provided if the cable termination is inside pole,

Supply of 120/130 W LED lamp with fixture

Errection of 9.0 m steel tubler pole with 1000mm long single arm bracket. Each pole shall have a weather proof looping / termination box clamped at 550 mm shall be provided with a suitable earth terminal with 2 nos. 7A SP MCB and other accessories as required.

Construction of civil foundation for 9.0 M steeltubler pole considering SBC as 10 Ton/sqmtr at a depth of 2mtr from ground level.

2 Core copper 2.5 sqmm multi stranded flexible cable FR PVC insulated.

Erection of 120/130 W LED Lamp with FIXTURE

Supply of earthing.

Each street light pole shall be provided with double coil earthing using 8 SWG GI wire wound to 50 mm dia. Earth electrode and shall be connected to earthing stud of pole. The earth electrode shall be buried upto a depth of 1 m below the ground level

P/F dis-connector fuse switch unit inside the existing cubical panel board with ISI marks HRC fuses including drilling holes in the cubicle panel board, making connection as required 400 amp TP &N.
