Supply and fabrication of G.I. H Pole 13 Mtr long ISMC 150x75x6 (436.8 Kg/pole) including Base Plate 1 No. (450x450x10 mm) (15.9 Kg/plate), Stiffner Plate 2 Nos. (450x100x6 mm) (4.24 Kg for 2 Nos.), Stiffner Plate 4 Nos. (144x100x6 mm) (2.71 Kg for 4 Nos.), Gusset Plate 38 Nos. (2701x100x6mm) (48.34 Kg for 38 Nos.), Joint Plate 4 Nos. (580x280x10mm) (50.99 Kg for 4 Nos.), Joint Plate 4 Nos. (580x115x10mm) (20.95 Kg for 4 Nos.), Channel ISMC 100x50x5.6, 700MM long 2 Nos. (13.38 Kg for 2 Nos.) Total weight = 593.29 Kg EACH for (30 nos. Single Pole for 11 kv line + 30 nos. for Double Pole + 20 nos. for Five Pole). Total 80 poles.

Erection of metallic H pole above 11 mtr and upto 13 mtr length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) on the foundation including foundation bolts, excavation and refilling etc. as required. (The item includes steel rod of 12 mm dia 2200 mm long 04nos, 10 mm dia 2200 mm long 04 nos, 8 mm dia 11 nos ring, with P.C.C., RCC etc. as required as per direction of engg incharge.

Supply of G.I. Joist pole 150 mm X 150 mm X 13 mtr. Long (@34.60 Kg/Mtr x 13 Mtr. X 1 Nos. = 449.80 Kg X Rs. 45.00 per Kg = Rs. 20,241.00 for EACH POLE).

Erection of metallic pole above 11 mtr and upto 13 mtr length in cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required as per direction of engg. incharge.

Supply of 100 sq.mm AAA Conductor. Double Ckt 11 KV line, 2250 MTRX3X2 = 13500+200+800 = 14500 MTR (14500 + 3% OF 14500 = 14935 MTR Say 14.93km @ 272.80 kg/KM.

Erection of AAA conductor 7/3.4 mm to 7/4.0 mm dia and above including binding etc. as required

Supplying of G.I. channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.20 kg per metre) 2.0 Mtr. long cross arm for two 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6 mm M.S. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required.

Supply and erection of double disc insulator (70 KN) for 11 KV overhead line with galvanised insulator fittings, ball and socket type and complete with galvanised strain clamps, bolts, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Proving and fixing of G.I. barbed wire for anti climbing device (0.135 kg/pole = 92x0.135 kg = 12.42 kg).

Supplying and fixing of standard size HT danger notice plate 250 mmx200 mm made of mild steel, at least 2 mm thick and vitreous enamelled white on other side and inscription in single red colour on front side as required.

Supply and erection of 11 KV pin insulator, 10 KN complete with large steel head GI pin, nuts, washers etc. as required.

Supply and erection of galvanised stay set for 11 KV over head lins complete with 19/20 mm dia x 1.8 metres long stay rod, anchor plate of size 45 cm x 45 cm x 7.5 mm thick, thimble, stay clamps, turn buckle (20 mm x 600 mm), 7/10 SWG G.I. saty wire and 11 KV strain insulator etc in cement cocrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) foundation including excavation and refilling etc. as required. (04 nos. each for 15 DP = 60 nos. + 02 nos. each for 04 nos. 5 pole structure = 08 nos., hence TOTAL = 68 nos.)

Supply and erection of guarding by 100X50X6 mm GI channel 6 MTR (@ 9.20 kg/mtr) at one span length of OH pole and 8 SWG G.I. wire (GI wire, Channel, flat, nut bolt washer, GI wire etc has to be supplied by the contractor) as per figure of CPWD schedule.

Supplying of two length of G.I. channel iron 100 mm X 50 mm X 6 mm (9.20 kg per metre) 2.8 Mtr. long double pole cross arm for three wire 11 KV over head line conductors complete with 50 mm X 6 mm G.I. flat welded one side to the channel iron clamps, bolts and nuts on the other side for tying cross arm together, including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts, nuts and washers etc (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required. (03X15 for DP = 45 set + 04X04 for 5 pole structure = 16 set + 07X02 for 6 pole structure = 14 set, hence TOTAL = 75 SET)

Supplying and erection of a set of cross bracing frame work for 11 KV over head line double pole structure having four members fabricated out of G.I. Channel 75x40x6 mm 3.0 mtrs long and bracing member fabricated out of 50 mm X 50 mm X 6mm (4.50 kg/mtrs) 4.0 mtrs long G.I. angle iron to form a rectangle of minimum size 3000 mm width X 2500 mm height, complete with 50 mm X 6 mm G.I. flat iron clamps, bolts and nuts including drilling holes for insulator pins, bolts and nuts etc. (as per drawing) and painting with primer and finish paint as required as per direction of engg incharge. (15 set for DP + 16 set for 5 pole structure + 14 set for 6 pole structure = 45 Set).

Supplying, erection, alignment, fixing and commissioning of 11 KVx3 post insulator per phase, 400 A DOUBLE BREAK GOAB switch solator horizontal type including G.I. steel material for mounting platform including clamping arrangement, nut, bolt, drilling holes etc as required: (1) Mounting G.I. channel 75x40x6 mm, 2.8 mtrs x 2 nos. (2) Cantilever channel for AB Switch Isolator arm G.I. Channel 75x40x6 mm = 1.5 x 2 nos. (3) G.I. angle for Cantilever arrangement 50x50x6 mm = 1.5 mtrs x 2 nos. (4) AB Switch handle G.I. channel 75x40x6 mm =1.5 mtr x 1 no.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 3.0 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe, coil type earth support with charcoal/coke and salt as rquired.

Providing and fixing 50 mm x 6 mm G.I strip/flat on surface or on recess for connection etc as required (2.5 mtr X 60 Poles (SP & DP) = 150 mtr.) = 360 kg @ 2.40 kg/mtr.

Earthing of support (coil type) with padding and concreting material for support.

Providing and fixing 25 mm x 6 mm G.I strip/flat on surface or on recess for connection etc as required (135 kg for 09 Isolators = 112.50 mtr. @ 1.2kg/mtr.) = 12.5 mtr./Isolator.

Dismantling of over head lines comprising of copper/aluminium conductor G.I. wire, cross arm, insulator etc as required. Connductor, AAA, 55 Sq. mm. (1300 mtr x 3 = 3900 mtr/1000 = 3.9 km @ 149.20 kg/km = 582 kg.

Dismentling of pole/street light standard/strut embeded in cement concrete foundation etc as required. (H pole 10x2 = 20 nos. + 6 pole structure 1x6 = 06 nos., SP 1x20 = 20 nos., hence TOTAL = 46 nos.
