REPAIR AND MAINTENANCE OF LT EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND ALLIED CONNECTED WORKS AT VSN CHILODA UNDER GE (AF) CHILODA

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m width and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil for taking up/ laying cable/ pipe etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for dry sand cushioning to underground cable with screened, washed river sand, including punning gently complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Thickness after punning will be measured for payment.

Supply and lay burnt brick sub class `B' old size in trenches abouting each other width equal to length of brick etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class LV, type 1, flat, size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed by Eng-in-Charge.

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling watering & well ramming in laying not exc. 25cm thick for soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material at a distance not exc 50 mtr and dipositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 mtr above the starting point for soft/ loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for boring under road/ drain by manual method for inserting the light grade pipe GI tubing up to 80mm dia for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in reapir trenches in road cross/ floors 50mm bore tube galvanished iron light grade with all fittings for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in reapir trenches in road cross/ floors 80mm bore tube galvanished iron light grade with all fittings for protection of cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in reapir XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 10 Sqmm, 2 Core laid in trenches/ passing through pipe/ duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Excavation, earthwork, will be measured and paid separately under respective items of this Schedule.
