SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (B/R WORKS): Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing debries out side defence area complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for Non - skid coloured Ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick light shade (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including cement screed bed 15mm thick in screed bed (1:4) base,complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no -2 but in vertical surfaces as in skirting / dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and incl. 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles coloured (300x 450x 7mm thick) in vertical surfaces and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including rendering 10mm thick in cement plaster 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 14-17mm thick granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, pillars, cooking platforms, window sill and like in cement mortar 1:4 including ponting in white cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite over and including 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-2 (using 40 mm graded curshed stone aggregate) as in floor/sub-base/hard standing etc finished even and fair including demolition of existing old cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above) ground level including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for heavy duty tiles (coloured), good grip series, size 300 mm x 300 mm x 10 mm thick, pattern as approved by Engineer-in-Charge, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/square metre, laid over and including 20 mm thick (average thickness) cement mortar (1:4) bed, including dismantling of existing tiles etc including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate as in kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges , etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down steel tubing and connections for 15mm dia including cleaning for refixing or removal to store complete all as specified and directed.
