Highway” OR “Within 6 Kms of S.G. Highway on Left Hand Side while moving From Gujarat High Court to Westgate Complex” OR “Within 3 Kms of S.G. Highway on Right Hand Side while moving From Gujarat High Court to Westgate Complex) with false ceiling, floor with vitrified tiles/ceramic tiles/marble/granite, lighting for adequate illumination, power back up, air-conditioning, fire/smoke detector, fire water system, including their maintenance, 08 No. parking inside building and 06 nos. bike parking outside /inside the Building and providing interiors, partitioning, fixture, furniture, chairs, tables, sofa, LAN/WAN & Telephone connectivity, LED Display not less than 63 inch etc including their maintenance, as per details given in the scope of Work in tender Document, including all statutory taxes, duties, property tax, municipality tax etc. and any increase thereof, liable to be paid and shall be borne by the owner giving the premises on Lease/Rent to IOCL , except Goods & Service tax which shall be paid by IOCL separately on submission of invoice and G.S.T. registration. Bidders offering more than 3000 sq. ft. carpet area would also be eligible, however Lease payment shall be restricted for 3000 sq. ft. carpet area only.
