Renovation/Strengthening inlet regulating sluice gate at 16 MGD STP Okhla With following works:- Taking out sluice agte from open channel and dismantling head stock unit from
Providing of head stock assembly with separating gears, bushes & thrust bearing and etc.
Providing of S.S. spindle of 50 mm dia and 3000 mm Long made out from non magnetic material. The work includes turning, threading, finishing in all respect as per sample.
Providing of M.S. channel 125X75 mm in a length of appx. 10 meter, M.S. channel 75X40 mm in a length of appx. 10 meter, M.S. channel 100X50 mm in a length of appx. 2 meter For fixing & sliding the sluice gate.
Providing of G.M spindle nut fabricated. The work includes turning, threading finishing in all respect.
Providing of new wooden plank for fixing in sluice gate with new nut bolts approx 2.5 mtr length and 50 mm width.
Making of ‘U’ Channel grouted vertically in C.C. Block by chemical solution and grinding for fixing the M.S channel 125X75 mm
Assembling the Gate along with all accessories with the help of lowering/ lifting tools & tackles, heavy labor etc with proper balancing/ alignment in the ‘U’ channel. Testing & commissioning i/c all other civil work required at site with all safety precaution during execution.
Painting the complete of epoxy primer and two coats black paint after cleaning the surface area.
