Water level monitoring and collaction of water samples

Attending the P-Tubes site for water level monitoring purpose (taking static water level and collection of water sample) with real time photograph of water level monitoring works using GPS enabled android mobile or other similar device and the real time GPS time, longitude of the PHS location has to be stamped on the photograph. The agency will be required to email the water level data in excel format along with the photographs taken for each PHS and the email must be sent to the official email id within the spicified time as directed by the EIC. The report has to be submitted in a CD of the entire district after each monitoring. (Rate analysis enclosed) Total P-Tube=185 x 2 time

Charges for technical person ( Highly Skilled Labour ) having knowledge about installing the DWLR and Computer for lifting the DWLR sencer and installing the same after taking the measurement. (Considering one technical person can complete 4(four) nos. of PHS in a day) No of Technical Person : 105 / 4 = 26.25 nos. Say 27 nos. Total P-Tube=105 x 2 time

Charge for opening & refixing the top cap of the P-Tube including hire & labour charges for tools & plants as required. (For 74 P-Tubes x 2 times = 148)

Charges for opening and re-fixing the hand pump including hire & labour charges for tools & plants as required all complete.

Labour charges for measuring water level from P-Tube by water level indicator tape etc. including hiring & carrying charges of tools etc. (For 74 P-Tubes x 2 times = 148)

Water sample collection from the Hydrograph Stations located at different locations in the district of North 24 PGS. Cost of water sample bottle and carrying out of water sample from site to chemical laboratory as directed by the EIC is included. Water sample has to be collected in April'26 & Nov'26 as directed by the EIC. From all P-Tube sites = 185 x 2 times

Supplying G.I. socket with I.S.I. mark a) 50mm dia

Supply of medium quality G.I.Pipe TATA or similar make (50mm Dia.) 12 X 0.75m = 9.00m

Labour for fitting and fixing G.I. pipes above ground (exposed) for vertical extension of P-Tubes burried in the ground due to filling of earthwork or any other reason including cost of jointing materials as necessary, including cutting pipe, making threads etc. complete in all respect with two coats of painting with approved paint any height as directed by EIC. (Payment will be made on the centre line measurement of the total pipeline including specials. Payment of painting will be paid seperately) 50 mm dia
