Flooring with Galaxy Granite 18-20mm thick upto 2.43m (premium quality) other than black set our base coat of CM (1:8) 20mm thick over CC bed already laid or RCC roof slab including neat cement slurry honey light constituency spread at 3.30Kgs per Sqm and jointed neatly with white cement paste mixed with pigment of matched shade to full depth including cost of all materials like cement, sand, water and tiles etc., complete including labour charges for dressing of tiles etc., complete for finished item of work.

Supplying and placing of the RCC M20 (Design mix) concrete corresponding to IS 456 using 60% of mixer 20mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) 40% of 12mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry, cement 350Kgs including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site and all labour charges such as machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc., complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work.

Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement as per drqwings and technical specifications clauses 1000 and 1202 MORD & 1100, 1600 MORTH for bars below 36mm dia including over laps and wastage, where they are not welded including cost and conveyance of binding wire and preparation and tying grills and fixing in position and labour charges etc., complete.

Supplying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound, 2.5mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250gms with relectorising glass beads on bituminous surface at 250gms per Sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bead as per IRC:35, the material should be of BERGER company / BERGER equivalent and must comply with the following: a) White index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consignment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to replace the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department) b) Luminance factor of the material should be in the range of 80-85% at 45degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249 c) Crack resistance: The applied panel cured for 7 days under ambient condition and then should be tested as per BS 3262, Part-1 1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade to '-10' degree centigrade d) Adhesion: Strong e) Softening point: 102 degree centigrade f) Dried film finish: Smooth and uniform g) Night vision: High as directed by the Engineer-in-Charges and conforming to IS: 164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and clause conforming to IRC 35-1997.

Supply and fixing of Molded Shanks raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS molded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face and shall support a load of 16000Kg tested in accordance to ASTM D 4280 type H and complying to specifications of Category A of MORTH circular no RW / NH-33023/ 10-97-Do III, Dt.11.06.1997. The height, width and length shall not exceed 50mm, 100mm and 100mm with minimum reflective area of 13 Sqm on each side and the slope to the base shall be 35+/- 5 degree. The strength of detachment of the integrated cylindrical shaks, (of diameter not less than 19 +/- 2mm and height not less than 30 +/- 2mm) from the body is to be a minimum value of 700Kgs. Fixing will be by drilling holes on the road for the twin shanks to go inside without nails and using epoxy resin based adhesive as per manufacturers recommendation etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
