EPOXY RECTIFICATION AND COVING WORK OF NON BETALACTUM PLANT
Self levelling epoxy-<br>Scraping and cleaning the existing floor surface, providing, laying and carry out epoxy primer coat of 200 micron thickness and to apply as per manufacturing specification, providing and applying screed with minimum 1mm thickness and carryout epoxy top coat of 2mm thickness. The components used should be certified eco friendly, self levelling materials with smooth glossy. The cost includes supply of materials, labour charges, hire charges for all tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned.
Providing, laying and carry out coving floor to wall/ floor to panel/ corner mixing base reactor with epoxy anti corrosive coating primer and filler silica at an 80 mm vertical height and applying 2 coats of epoxy/ PU finish of required thickness and to apply as per manufacturing specification and directions of Engineer- in - charge
Cleaning the existing VDF/coving , grinding,removing the debris and applying epoxy primer of reputed companies @200 microns and topped with PU material 2 coats at 300 microns thick including cost and conveyance of all materials, labour charges , hire charges of all tools and plants etc. complete as directed by the officers concerned
