(A) Providing, Fixing & Installation of different type of Board i.e. Glow Sign Board, Instruction Board, Notice Board, Key Board etc. as per detailed below are to be carried out at 220/33 K.V. H.G.I.S.SUB STATION SATRIKH ROAD, LUCKNOW UNDER E.T.D. - II, Lucknow as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of the Supervising Engineer :

1) Retro Reflective Sign Board of size 10 ft x 6 ft duly made of 2 mm thick Aluminum Sheet fully covered with 3 M DG Cube type Retro Reflective Sheet of Yellow Colour. The Letters and Symbol shall be Computer cut and in Blue Colour. Board is to be provided alongwith the Back Support Frame made of MS Angle of size 35 mm x 35 mm x 5 mm with provision of 2 Legs for grouting duly painted in Black Colour Enamel Paint and backside of the Aluminum Sheet shall be Painted with Stove Enamel Paint, complete in all respect and to be grouted with casting of C.C. (1:2:4) Foundations at the Sub Station.

2) Glow Sign Board of size 8 ft x 6 ft for Sub Station Single Line Diagram to be fixed in Control Room Building of the Sub Station, the Glow Sign Board illuminated using LED Tube Lights in sufficient quantity. The Board shall be made of Acrilic Sheet and shall be provided with back support frame & fixing arrangement.

3) Glow Sign Board of size 8 ft x 6 ft for Sub Station Name & Address to be fixed on the top of Control Room Building of the Sub Station. The Glow Sign Board shall be illuminated using LED Tube Lights in suficient quantity. The Board shall be made of Acrilic Sheet and shall be provided with back support frame & fixing arrangement. The Glow Sign Board should be fixed on Frame made with 50 mm x 6 mm and fixed on the roof with the help of brick and CC of stone concrete, Cement & Coarse Sand for holding the Frame and Board firmly on the Room at the desire location of by the Supervising Engineer.

4) Shut Down / Break Down / Through Transfer Bus Board of size 300 mm x 150 mm duly made of 3 mm thick White Colour Acrylic Sheet having Letters with Computer cut Self Adhesive 3 M Vinyl Sheet in Red Colour, with proper arrangement for hanging on C&R Panels for Sub Station.

5) Telephone Number Board of size 4 ft x 2.5 ft duly made of Wooden Ply / Board with Wooden side Beadings and with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed inside the Control Room. The face of the Board shall be fully covered with 3 M Vinyl Sheet of Red Colour and having Letters Computer cut Self Adhesive 3 M Vinyl Sheet in White Colour at the Sub Station.

6) Notice Board of size 3 ft x 2 ft duly made of Wooden Ply / Board with Wooden side Beading. The inside of the ‘Notice Board’ shall be covered by Valvet Cloth and the Board shall be fixed outside of Control Room wall and 'NOTICE BOARD' shall be subscribe on the top of the Board.

7) Shift attedance/ Duty Chart Board of size 3 ft x 2 ft duly made of Wooden side beading with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed in control room and the face to be covered with 3 M vinyl sheet in Red color and having letters in computer cut self adhesive 3 M vinyk sheet in white color at the sub station.

8) Wooden Key Cup Board of size 3 ft x 2 ft x 4 inch duly made of Wooden Ply / Board with mica covered on all sides except the inside face covered by Velvet Cloth having arrangement for hanging of Keys, with Front face duly made of Clear Glass having Locking arrangement & the Cup Board to be fixed inside the Control Room.

9) Name Board of size 450mm X 150 mm duly made of 2mm thick white color Acrilic Sheet and having letters Computer cut Self Adhesive 3 M Vinyl Sheet in Blue Colour shall be provided with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed outside various rooms.

10 Providing, Fixing & Installation of following Instruction Boards of size 4 ft x 3 ft duly made of Wooden Board with side Beading with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed in the Control Room and the face to be covered with 3 M Vinyl Sheet in Red Colour at the 220/33 K.V. H.G.I.S.SUB STATION SATRIKH ROAD, LUCKNOW UNDER E.T.D. - II, Lucknow. Providing, Fixing & Installation of following Instruction Boards of size 4 ft x 3 ft duly made of Wooden Board with side Beading with proper fixing arrangement to be fixed in the Control Room and the face to be covered with 3 M Vinyl Sheet in Red Colour at the Sub Station :

a) Fire Fighting Instruction Display Board.

b) General Instruction Board.

c) Transmission Line Details Display Board.

d) 110/48 Volt DC Battery Operating Instruction Board.

e) Fire Fighting Equipment Status Board.

f) Emulsifier Operation & Instruction Display Boards.

(B) Providing, Fixing & Installation of different type of Name / Identification Plates as per detailed below are to be carried out at 220/33 K.V. H.G.I.S.SUB STATION SATRIKH ROAD LUCKNOW UNDER E.T.D. - II, Lucknow as per Technical Specifications and as per direction of the Supervising Engineer :

1) Name Plates made of 2 mm thick Aluminium Sheet covered with 3 M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet of following size with details / name written by using 3 M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet as per prescribed color scheme to be fixed with the help of Nuts & Bolts at already installed equipment structures in the Switchyard with all cost of Plates, Nut & Bolts, misc. materials, T&P and Labour as per Technical Specifications & Directions of concerned Engineer at the Sub Station :

a) 300 mm x 200 mm

b) 450 mm x 250 mm

c) 500 mm x 250 mm

2) ‘R’, ‘Y’ & ‘B’ Phase Plate Sets consisting of one Plate of Red, Yellow, Blue Colours in each Set & Plates of dia. 250 mm duly made of 2 mm thick Aluminium Sheet with face to be fully covered in Red, Yellow & Blue Phase Colours 3M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet and the Phase Plates Set to be fixed with the help of suitable size G.I. Bolts, Nuts on already installed Equipment’s Structures etc at the Sub Station.

3) Danger Plate of size 300 mm x 200 mm displaying sign of Skull and Cross Bones & Lettering of 'CAUTION 400000/220000/132000 VOLTS@lko/kku 400000/220000/132000 oksYV'@'CAUTION 400000/220000/132000 VOLTS@lko/kku 400000/220000/132000 oksYV' duly made of 2 mm thick Aluminium Sheet with face to be fully covered with White Colour 3M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet and the Letters shall be Computer cut Red Colour 3M HIP Retro Reflective Sheet. The Danger Plate to be fixed with the help of suitable size G.I. Bolts, Nuts on already installed Equipments, Structures etc at the Sub Station. ( 01 No. for each Bus)

4) Prohibited Area Board of size 4 ft x 3 ft duly made of 2mm thick Aluminium sheet with side border and with proper fixing arrangement on the chain link fencing. The face of the board shall be fully covered with 3 M vinyl sheet in Red color and having letters in computer cut self adhesive 3 M vinyk sheet in white color

5) Retro Reflective Sign Board for Bay/ Equipment of size 2 ft x 1.5 ft duly made of 2 mm thick Aluminum Sheet with face to be fully covered with 3 M DG Cube type Retro Reflective Sheet of Yellow Colour and letters shall be Computer cut and blue color 3 M DG Cube type retro reflective sheet. The sign board shall be fixed near the Road/ Bay/ Equipement with the help of frame of size 35mm X 35mm with provision of 2 nos. Leg for grouting duly painted in black color enameld paind and back side of the aluminium sheet shall be painted in smoke grey enameled paint complete in all respect to be grouted with casing of CC foundation.
